I got scammed by this website…

I got scammed by this website Kairawear. I emailed them several times and never got response and my item never showed. and they have my money. buyers be aware. I'm turning them into the internet police and I'm contacting my attorney and I'm posting them on social media. I'm going to my attorney to have them exposed and sue them for scamming me.

1 star is too generous. This site is a scam. They take your money but don’t send you the product you ordered. I’m fighting it out with them for a refund. Save the headache and go somewhere else.

AV71FDG Kia Sorrento I bought it not only car also you are buying a headache as well you have to wear them Mike Motor Sheffield 10 months broken down9/feb 2024 motorway M1 pulled the car with a recovery Kia Garaj Sheffield Pentago my car been there two months after two months I thought it’s really upsetting after two months. It’s not been repaired. I called Huddersfield Kia Garaj. I explained the problem. I said the cars been there two months and they not fix it. They find the issue about the turbo and they offer me higher, they will offer me the Fix car after six months which is last Friday they called me they said they replaced the car full engine they said I can collect the car on my way to Sheffield Stoksbrige and management light couple of more lights come out on dashboard I pulled Garaj called Crown car I asked them some noise coming from my engine. It’s a local garage soon as Guy came next to my car open the bonnet he said it’s better to ring back. Your dealer injectors first injectors leaking a cold the garage said I picked the car half an hour 40 minutes ago, I didn’t even reach my home, this is the problem and do you want me to drive back to Huddersfield or do you want me to call recovery and the lady on the phone? She said to me you can come back then will Fix for you after six months? They fitted new engine I couldn’t go back home halfway and they offering me to fix car again. I go back after an hour they said will fix for you. The first injector was leaking with sealed injector and then we been test driving it all okay second time on my way to Sheffield again some lights come out called the garage again, Huddersfield Kia Garaj , I said I’m sorry but this lights come out again and then they said they are sorry they gonna send me to Monday Hire car and they will collect my car Monday. Guess what? Monday gentleman ring 5 o’clock they said we are sorry we can’t make it today will do it Tuesday and I said the school is back to normal Wednesday we need the car needs to fixed. We’ve been waiting eight months and then he says sorry is going to sort it. The car is going to send me the new car. Guess what? Tuesday no phone call I have to call back Kia Garaj Huddersfield and lady on the phone she said they’re not answering and I explained the problem. She said okay and they will call you tomorrow. The problem is the car. I didn’t drive at Mum’s. They replaced engine full engine eight months I paid finance The car I don’t drive tax insurance guess what? Not finished car I don’t drive the garage told me it’s not under warranty. We have to replace your battery £218 no problem and receive a text message from Pentagon. Sheffield car needs to MOT and service callback, Huddersfield , I said the car needs MOT and service. Have you done MOT service to my car and they said no I said why not cause I’m not driving you replacing the battery if you say we don’t servicing and MOT I would’ve paid that as well and then I asked a question I said you said to me you replaced the whole engine. I need to still do Servis and then they said yeah because of the warranty so I lost the one year warranty on the car they staying in the garage which is the car I don’t drive car I don’t drive I have to service and MOT what a car so if you buy Kia you have to wear off the customer service my experience is and my understanding the cars go seven years warranty mean they can fix car in seven years time that’s what it looks like if anybody buying a car they needs to read customer service more than everything

give me back my money

its a scam

I made an order in october, it was 200$. They never sent it. I sent them so many emails, the never sent any back except one saying the site was down and they are going through hard times and to ask my bank for the money or to wait 3 months.

the site isn't down, its all just a scam and my bank wont give me my money because I bought it through paypal, and paypal couldn't give me my money because these people wouldn't talk to the paypal people so the case got closed.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, actually it is non existent.
I placed an order on December 3rd 2023….I received order confirmation but my order has never arrived.
I have attempted to contact them six times so far but have had no response at all.
Their email address doesn’t work and nobody responds from the contact form on the website.
I would strongly advise anyone not to order from this company.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! This company took my money. 4 months later still never delivered my item. The only contact info they give for customer service is via email which is not a valid email address, it is inactive. I keep getting back a mailer demon failure to deliver bounce back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
you will not get your item, no way to contact anyone & they will take your money with no refund.
FRAUD!!!!!!

Me again with an update, so on the 3rd of November I received an email from kirakiraworld by a person named Jessie, informing me they are going down in business, also by saying if I could find it within my heart to be patient while they get back on there feet... So anyway I contact them back only to receive an email saying no email address found.... I'm sure you all can contact fraud team... Just Google there number myself gonna give it a go this is not acceptable. Just edit 9 hours later kirakiraworld seem to be on Facebook advertising their items to con others

Purchased 3 items from kirakiraworld…

Purchased 3 items from kirakiraworld back in August still haven't received all 3 items, September received an email informing me, due to stock issues there will be a set back on order dispatch, instead of despatch being 5-15 days despatch went upto 30 days... Anyway time went by heard nothing more since, so sent them an email on the 6th of October never got back to me... Sent another email... I wouldn't hold my breath.... I have ordered from this store before and had no problems... In June I ordered 2 items top and skirt size small for my daughter, now my daughter is a very slim build weight 6 stone UK, not even a size small will fit my daughter... Clothes made way to small for anyone to fit in despite deing skinny... Apart from that issue had no problems with them in my past 1st experience with them... But now I just don't know what there game is

Unfortunate Scam

I sent six emails following my order on August 9th - as of September 25th, I still have no updates and I highly doubt I’ll be receiving this package - or a refund - at all. Stick with companies you know for a fact are reputable; this one appears to be nothing more than a scam.

SCAM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! As convincing as it looks, it's a major scam. Website says that due to an influx of orders, they may take 20-30 days to ship out. But if you read their refund policy, they do not refund after 30 days, and 24 hours after purchase. They are doing this on purpose. I ordered 3 items on August 13, it is now September 17 and the package hasn't even SHIPPED. Not delivered, SHIPPED. I emailed they said they were waiting to refill stock, but why would they put those items on the site in the first place if they know they're "out of stock"? I don't know if it will even arrive anymore and honestly I don't care. I just want my $140.30 back in full. There is nothing on this site you can't find for way cheaper on shein anyway.

update: as of Nov 21, I still haven't received the package.

You're thieves.

You're thieves, and liars. I never received a bag I paid for. Yes, it was my mistake initially, but instead of helping me fix the issue, or replace the item, or refund my money, they've elected to lie to me fr 4 months about it not being in the warehouse. Then they said the money would be there in 5-7 business days. It's been almost 4 months and this company is so sleazy they can't even afford to refund $35. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES.

Extremely Disappointing Experience: Failed to Deliver

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kirakira World. I placed an order on the 3rd of April and my product has yet to be shipped out. It has been several days since I placed my order and I have not received any updates on the status of my shipment. To make matters worse, the shipping cost for my order was exorbitant. I was already hesitant to purchase from Kirakira World due to the high shipping costs, but I decided to proceed with my order anyway. However, given the delay in shipping and the lack of communication regarding my order status, I regret my decision. I attempted to contact support to inquire about the delay in shipping, but unfortunately, they were not helpful at all. Their responses were short and uninformative, and they did not offer any resolution or explanation for the delay. As a customer, I expect timely communication and updates on the status of my order, especially if I am paying a premium for shipping. The lack of transparency and poor customer service from Kirakira World has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Kirakira World to think twice. Their high shipping costs and poor customer service are not worth the risk. Save yourself the hassle and purchase from a company that values their customers and provides a better overall experience.

Update: I do appreciate the detailed response I received from the company. It is clear that they put some effort into addressing my concerns and providing me with a comprehensive explanation. However, the fact remains that my product has still not been shipped out, and I have not received any further updates on its status. I will continue updating this review with any further changes I notice.

Surprisingly good experience!

Hadn't expected much due to it being an Asian store but I can say I am completely happy with my order! I deceided to order as they had a huge discount (15%) at that time.
Delivery time was around a 3 weeks to a month for me as I wanted it to a specific date delivered but it could've been there a week earlier. The quality is surprisingly good. No way worse than what you receive from known European fast-fashion stores if not better material. Customer service was polite and fast (had a mistake in my shipping adress).
Order: ordered 3 Items (Alice dress, blouse and the underskirt) all received at the same time neatly packed
I had measured myself for sizes (sizing up is recommended).
Didn't have to pay for shipping or additional taxes
All in all a good experience- might order again in the future!

Ordered November 19th, partial order received Jan 6th partial refund given 13th March

I placed an order for 3 items on the 19th November 2022 for Christmas gifts given that estimated delivery was within the time frame to get here before the 25th December.

I appreciated there were delays due to postal strikes in the UK but the customer service I received was atrocious.
They always responded fairly quickly but every time I messaged I received different information. First that my items had been sent, then they were trying to track the package as it was lost, then that the package hadn’t even left!
January 6th I finally received 2 out of 3 items. This was frustrating as I’d already missed the window for Christmas and waited a number of weeks over the estimated delivery to not have received my full order.

Same thing again, back and fourth customer services being told my item wasn’t far behind, then that it hadn’t been sent yet and would I be patient and willing to wait another 7 days -AGAIN I accepted. 7 days pass and no update on shipping information and no package received. I leave it another few days to allow for any delays and still nothing.
I went back and fourth like this several times until eventually I was advised they were out of stock and I would have to wait a further 4 weeks!!! I stupidly STILL waited a further 4 weeks and when nothing arrived I advised they had breached our original contract time and time again and under common law I’m now entitled to a full refund of the missing item. Again I had to wait further weeks until I finally received a refund. Awful awful customer service.
The products that did eventual arrive were perfect though!
