Items are super low quality compared to pictures

I bought 2 items for my girlfriend, and while they arrived and LOOKED okay, but compared to the photos represented on the website, the items we're literal trash man. I bought a "now discontinued" hoodie, and comparing it to the one i got VS from the website pictures, my hoodie was WAYY Thinner, looked like it was made from a different material, had shorter ears on the hoodie (like twice the size of what I got). That's only the hoodie, I'm not even going to mention the shorts.
TL;DR pretty expensive while getting crap quality clothes.

just a month before haloween i ordered…

just a month before haloween i ordered a skirt, fishnet leggings, and lace gloves, as well as a purple gothic lolita dress. everything came but the dress, so i messaged them about it, They said they didnt have the materiels to make the dress. then why do you have them up for sale on your ssite if you dont even have them? they offered to send me 2 free dresses similar but blue, medium and small, along with complementary cat socks. they also said theyd refund me for the purple dress. they didnt. they shipped the dresses and gave me tracking, it never updated past china. i live in canada. i told them and they didnt message me back until like january saying they shipped the purple dress again for free. again shipping never updates past china. idk if their packages are getting stolen or if their just scamming people. i wrote exactly this on a review for the dresses because i still got the review email despite not getting them, it said the review was being reviewed lmao it never got posted on their site. i implore you, find a better store with similar products theres probably tons. dont waste your money and time waiting for things that never come. ( another person seems to have had the same issue in these reviews, the dresses were indeed the most expensive item out of all the profucts, i spent 150$ in total original order)

(Updateish: way back when I posted this a year ago they sent me like 2 or 3 emails telling me to change my review. In which I told them no unless I receive my stuff I’ll at least update my review or if I actually receive my refund. I never did. Only on this page again cuz they replied again a year later and it emailed me lol. Look at all their excuses. No one cares. You shouldn’t have set up shop if it wasn’t ready. You keep making up excuses of problems. Why were these even problems? Should’ve temporarily closed your online store if it was THAT bad.

Items Missing from Order with no Replacement, Refund or response from Customer Service

I placed an order in October of 2022. Package arrived in November of 2022 but was missing two dresses and some accessories. Customer service initially was great, they sent out another package and it arrived in January. One dress was still missing. (The most expensive item ordered). Customer service said that the supplier of the dress “ran out of material” and told me they would have it back in stock and shipped out in two weeks. It is now 4 weeks later (I gave them some extra time before asking again). I currently have no dress, no refund and no reply when I reach out to Customer Service about it.

Super cute, but small

The clothes are very cute and the shop has a wide variety in their kawaii selections! Do be advised that most of the clothes don't come in sizes for larger women. I have a bust size of 44 inches and a waist size of 37 inches and had a difficult time finding something that would fit me. Customer support was very helpful though. Expect orders to arrive about a month after ordering.

Great communication, amazing products!

I won their frog hoodie in a giveaway and they were nothing short of amazing in communicating it through with me! The order got here quickly, the sizing is right, the material is very soft and I'll be more than happy to order more from them in the future :)

Horrible

Horrible. They do not follow up on emails. I ordered 3 things for my daughter and promptly paid. They say 7-10 business days to get the shipment out and receive shipping information. That was a lie. Its been a month and still has not shipped. I could understand if it was stuck in the mail somewhere, but has not even been shipped. Ive been nice trying to inquire about my order. But all i get back is they are reviewing it. I really wanted this to be a good transaction because my daughter loves what they advertise and would have made future purchases. I will never ordered from them again and do not recommend anyone else do so either.

Super Customer service

I loved their commetment to ensure you have recieved your order is received, I have face split delivary which caused delay and quality issue with the order.

thankfully they ware supportive for the replacement although it took 3 months to received as stock was out and thay awaited new stock.

As of today I will be recieving the mssing Item and will update on that regards.

Excellent customer service.

What I loved the most about this shop was the customer service; supportive, patient and extremely helpful. Not to mention very quick to reply. Overall a very pleasant experience! (They gave me a chance to pick another item from their collection in exchange for an item i picked originally that was different from the pictures.) Loved shopping here!

Great shop!!

This company has really cute clothes and they are great quality. They're all better than the pictures and the prices are amazing! All my clothes got to me in perfect condition and fit great. I suggest getting a size or two up from what you usually get because everything runs small. Shipping took just over a month, but it was expected since it came from overseas. I am definitely ordering from this amazing company again

It started not so great, but then it got awesome!!

Things started off not so great. I ordered a product from the website, and although it came quickly, there were 7 things about it that were not like the photo. It was basically a totally different product. Kind of like a knock-off. I thought I was being scammed. I left a negative review, and requested a refund. But this is when things got better...

The company got back to me the same day, apologized immensely, said it must be a quality control issue, and they took the listing down so that they could investigate what was going on with their supplier in order to avoid it happening again to a future customer. They offered me 3 options for exchanges, or a full refund, without me having to send the item back.

I chose one of the first 3 options which was any item I want up to $10 more than the product I originally ordered. I mistakenly chose an item that was more than $10 more than the original order, but they honored it anyway. And then, they gave me a 30% discount to leave a review. They did NOT ask me to leave a POSITIVE review, as that would be bribery. They just asked me to leave a review, and they gave me the code before I left it, without knowing what kind of review I would leave!

I have not gotten my replacement item yet, and I will update my review once I do, but I can honestly say the customer service experience I had was tremendous. They seem to really care that the product I got was not as listed. In my experience a lot of shops from around the world have awful return policies and are hard to reach. KiraKira is doing things right. Thank you to KiraKira for correcting the mistake promptly and generously.

UPDATE: Forgot to edit this last year. I got the product but it was beat up. They sent a new one and all is well. Quality control problems but fantastic customer service. It honestly makes me want to keep risking the quality issues for the fun products they have just because I know they'll make it right!

I loved the experience

I loved the experience. I had problems with my address and Maddie, from customer support, was super kind, polite and was helping me the entire time.

My hoodie was soft, had great material and everything looked just like as I imagined (the color, size, placements, everything). 100% would buy again.

Great people!
They really care about the quality they offer and like their customers, doing business with them is very nice. They are very clear about what they sell and have good quality and it shows by the fact they like themselves and care about what they sell.

Excellent Customer Service!

When my local shipping service failed to deliver my package, I was worried that I would not receive it at all. Kirakiraworld’s order page told me to contact their support, to which I supplied them my order number. The person assisting me, Maddie, was extremely helpful with their updates, as well as informative. I knew exactly what was happening through each step of the process because they kept me informed of how the order was being tracked. I received frequent email updates from Maddie which helped to relieve my stress. Ultimately, I was able to receive my package, and I am extremely satisfied with the service they provide.
Also the clothes are super cute.

I am a very satisfied customer of Kirakira World! Actually, my fashion sense is not that good, not until I found out about Kirakira World’s “Kirakira Box” through a friend’s recommendation! I ordered it after three days of contemplating. Before ordering the Kirakira Box, I was worried that I would not fit the clothes, but upon receiving the pretty purple envelope parcel package, I was delighted! The Kirakira Box made the price cheaper than when purchasing the items separately, and I also got a frog eye patch for free as a gift! All the items are amazing and of good quality. My worries before ordering vanished when I wore the clothes, as it made me look adorable once I have worn them. Even though the shoes were a bit big, it was alright as it was my fault for choosing the wrong size. I fully support their fashion style! I will surely buy again at Kirakira World and I highly recommend this to anyone who likes cute clothes!
