Top pants. Love them.

The design is coming with nice colour and very good material. However, but not that major, the sizes are a bit too tight...it's preferable to order a size above your normal size for greater comfort.

I love the pants. Only Critic. The Leatherpart of the Belt String dissolved after three wasches. Better get rid of it or merge it better to the String. Beside that i love them. They are so comfy i even weare them in bed. Love the pockets because they are the same textile. that's the biggest plus for me.

I bought 3 shirts and I like them all. The T-shirts are of good quality, thick and soft what wears really nice. Later I bought a pair of trousers. I would like to wear this every day. I really would like to recommend this shop. I aleays check the site for more :)

Great seller, punctual with shipping. The products are made with excellent materials.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Kirakuco. The pants I received are made from extremely thin fabric, much thinner than it looked on the website. The material feels cheap and almost see-through, which is not what I expected based on the product photos.

What makes the experience worse is the return policy. If you want to return the item, you have to pay between €34 and €45 for shipping, which is almost as much as the product itself. This makes returning the item very unreasonable.

In my opinion, the product quality does not match the advertisement, and the high return costs make it very difficult for customers to shop safely.

I would not recommend buying from this store.

I made a few orders with Kirakuco and I am really happy with the service and the quality of the clothes (mainly trousers). I had once a problem with the size and they reacted very quickly, efficiently and with an excellent after sale service. I really can recommand their shop, product and services.

I had an issue with the size fit and customer service was very kind and offered a great solution. Contact was friendly, professional and replies came swiftly. In all, good product and very good service. The delivery time is a bit long, but the distance from Hong Kong to Cologne is manageable.
