On February 24th, I wanted to register a return. The response was prompt, and we exchanged two emails that same day. Instead of a return, I was offered a voucher, which I accepted on February 27th. Since then, I haven't heard anything. I sent two more emails asking why I hadn't received a response and set a deadline of March 9th for a reply. Since I still didn't receive a response, I have to give the service only one star. I find this truly disappointing, as I'm genuinely impressed with the products, but with this level of disregard, even one star is too generous. I don't expect to receive the promised €20 voucher for this review. I simply want to warn you not to order anything here if you're unsure about the colors or sizes.

Bad return process
The trousers arrived after a few weeks and the material was thinner than expected. I decided to return them. They say that I have to pay international shipping to Hong Kong, and yet the package clearly shows a return address in Italy.

I like the website and the process. The quality is good but unsuitable for outside wear in winter - the material is much too thin and you get cold legs. I have one corderoy from another brand called Camp High from LA where the look is the same (was more expensive - like 200USD) but the quality and warmth of the fabric is much better,

Terrible experience.
I had a sizing issue, which is common with e-commerce. Instead of offering a reasonable exchange, I was told I would need to pay between €30 and €45 in additional shipping to receive the correct size.
The item costs €50. Paying almost the full price again just to fix a sizing issue is unacceptable.

TLDR: Poor quality; return shipping only offered to China after multiple inquiries and at the customer’s expense.
Kirakuco Limited appears to be a typical dropshipping store with products shipped directly from China. The quality of the ordered trousers (Jitsu corduroy pants) was acceptable, but by no means justified the relatively high price. In addition, the fit differs significantly from what is shown in the photos.
Returns are advertised on the website as simple. However, only after multiple inquiries was a return option offered—and exclusively to China, with the customer required to cover the return shipping costs. Furthermore, an insured return shipment with tracking is required. It is also expected that, immediately after shipping the return, a photo of the postal receipt/shipping label clearly showing the return address and tracking number be sent to Kirakuco.
Due to these business practices, I would strongly advise against purchasing from this website, as the business model appears to rely on making the return process so cumbersome that customers end up accepting lower quality products at relatively high prices.
