I booked the flight last minute, and Khrystyna Malko was incredibly helpful in securing my seat confirmation right away. She was always available whenever I needed support and responded promptly to every request. She was simply amazing.

Never again – worst booking experience

I booked two flights through Kiss & Fly, and both were cancelled after payment. For one of the bookings, I was already at the airport when they cancelled it, and I had to book another flight for the next day. That one was cancelled too. After that, I booked with another company, which worked perfectly. Never again with Kissandfly...

Please allow us to clarify what happened. At the moment of ticket issuance, unfortunately, we did not receive confirmation from the airline regarding the availability of seats for the selected flights. For this reason, we were unable to issue the tickets and had to cancel the bookings.

Regarding the payment, we would like to assure you that the funds were not charged by our company. The amount was only temporarily blocked by your bank to verify the availability of funds on your card. Once we were unable to issue the tickets, we released the hold on the same day. The funds should already be available on your account. If they are still not visible, we kindly recommend contacting your bank’s support team to clarify the transaction status. We have also sent you a confirmation document by email, which you can use when contacting your bank.

Additionally, please note that in some cases such situations may occur if a search was previously performed on the website and the browser stored outdated data. We recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser or device that has not been used for previous searches. This helps ensure that you see the most up-to-date availability and pricing.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

DO NOT BOOK THIS IS A SCAM

I booked a flight with this company after being directed from
Google flights because they were the most affordable. Turns out they used stolen true blue points from someone’s account to book my flight after I paid them $218 for my flight! This company have been stealing customers points and applying it to other customers account. Now I owe JetBlue $205 for redemption fraud.

A MISTAKE

I inadvertently booked a ticket on this scam site - did not realize it was not direct to the airline due to an emergency situation. Once I did recognize it, I followed the directions on the site and recieved a "NO REFUND" ticket. I also then called the credit card company who advised to create a "dispute" case. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAM

One of the worst platforms out there

One of the worst platforms out there. We purchased 5 tickets from Johor Malaysia to KL on batik airways thru kiss and fly. They didn’t have the option of checking in any luggage. When we went to the airport they billed us per kilo. So the weight for two luggages was Malaysian currency approx 2700 which was USD 680. That was insane. It was just two luggages that weighed about 30 kilos. It was an absolute struggle. We were flying with 3 kids!!!! We had to remove items from the main luggage and move to our hand luggage.
It’s silly because we are still carrying the same weight. We ended up paying close to USD 380.
Please be aware when booking last minute flights with families. It’s a struggle. We wrote to kiss and fly but they have still not even had the decency to write back to us.

According to the selected fare, each passenger was entitled to 1 personal item and 1 cabin bag only. Checked baggage was not included in the ticket price.

We have also checked our system and, unfortunately, did not find any inquiries from your side submitted after the tickets were issued and before departure regarding the possibility of adding checked baggage to your booking. Please note that baggage fees and baggage policies are determined by the airline, and in most cases, purchasing baggage directly at the airport is indeed more expensive than arranging it in advance, where available.

We understand that the costs charged at the airport were frustrating for you. However, we would like to emphasize that the baggage allowance included in your booking was communicated openly during the reservation process, and the charges applied at the airport were set by the airline rather than by our service.

We sincerely regret that this situation caused you inconvenience and disappointment. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
