Worried but so far everything ok
I had found an interesting rate about a flight I was interested to buy, so I proceed with the purchase. After that, I received a email, in which it was written that for the final ticket, I had to wait until 48 hours. So I got scared, and checked the reviews about the website, where I learned that after many hours, some people got a refund because it wasn’t possible to buy a ticket, so they had to buy a new ticket from other websites, with rates that had increased in the meantime. So I contacted the customer service and Adriana Nosal was very helpful, she offered to ask his colleagues to issue the ticket quickly. While we were chatting, the ticket was issued, so everything should be ok. Thanks!

Terrifying experience
Terrifying experience. I had to start a legal proceeding for a refund of six plane tickets to New York for August 2024 which I never received following the alleged cancellation of the flight. The day before departure to New York I had to buy other 6 tickets with another agency, paying more than double for them, despite KissandFly continuing to reassure me until a few hours before departure. Updates will follow after the legal dispute I have opened.

EVERYTHING WENT WRONG..!!!
I ordered return ticket from Jakarta to Larantuka Flores Timur and back in April/May 2024. I wouldn't say everything went wrong but almost. Here's the issue I had to deal with:
1. The check-in number didn't appear on the ticket, time-consuming in check-in counter.
2. Departure time was wrong (ticket claimed it was 03.40, but was really 01.00) which forced me to stay 24 hrs more in the airport, which was already stressful with a midnight fly.
3. Since my destination was small Islands in Indonesia, my return was with 3 different planes (Larantuka > Kupang > Surabaya > Jakarta).
Two days before my return, the first plane to Kupang was postponed (aka long delay)..! The day after the rest of the trip was cancelled, so I had to buy a new ticket for the whole trip to Jakarta.
4. After that I applied for refund as I'm entitled to, and since I have been contacting them about 6 times, with the same result every time; "in the process already in motion - have patience".
This is now over 3 months ago, which means over the time limit it is allowed to take, to the best of my knowledge.
So bottom line, I can absolutely NOT recommend using this agency for your future travels.

As soon as the airline authorizes the application, we will definitely inform you by letter to the buyer’s email. We understand how important it is for everyone to receive compensation for their tickets right now. However, until the airline authorizes the return of your tickets, we do not have the opportunity to technically process your request. In this regard, we are forced to wait.
We do not relieve ourselves of our responsibilities, but we are forced to adhere to the procedures and regulations established by the airlines.
