Kate miller helped me a lot with an inconvenience i had. Keep in mind that you will have to pay extra for check in most of the times (if the flight company doesnt allow third party check ins).

Date changes

I was informed after I bought my tickets from Almaty to Taskent that my flight for 10/02 was rescheduled to 11/02 same hour, 10,45. My answer was negative, I’m not agree with this changes. I said that I have to be in Tasken at 10/02. Tickets was available for this flight in all moments. After all day discussion they sent an email in the night at 1 AM where they asked me to confirm in 1 hour a thing that we had talked all day. I saw that email only in the morning. We have returned in the morning to discussion, but when we have arrived at the airport our ticket was confirmed by the airline staff for 11/02 We have waited for the last minute to receive a good notice in the airport We were in touch all the time. But the good notice doesn’t arrived and the door was closed.

Kisfly council my ticket 3 hours before by saying the plane was ful . On the check in they said to me the plane it's empty but the agent council it . It's been more than a month and not received my refund. as they keep messing me around fro one place to onother and only AI answering . Waistof time and money , please do not book with Kisfly you will loose your money

Kissandfly is to avoid

I booked with Kissandfly.
It was horror to make the free check in back from Alicante to Budapest.
I phoned them many times, they said I will have an e mail with instructions but no e-mail. After Iinsisted 2 hours,they sent an e-mail saying that i had to introduce a strange e-mail adress they have given I told the woman, who seemed ironic, that they have to respect vtheir clients and if it will not work, they will have troubles. I kept the conversation till I could make the chexk in. It took a fight with them of approx 3 hours and energy and telephone costs.
I will never book with Flyandkiss again.
