NEVER USE THIS SERVICE

I've bought tickets in Feb 2026. Both flights were canceled and both were refunded to TICKETS UA, thus his company IGNORES me and does not provide the refund.

We understand how upsetting and exhausting this situation is, especially when your flights were canceled and you are still waiting for the refund to be completed. We also understand why this causes frustration, and we want to assure you that your case remains important to us.

Please note that your refund request has already been successfully processed from our side. In other words, the request was accepted and forwarded for further handling in accordance with the refund procedure. At the moment, we have already sent the refund request to the airline and are currently awaiting the airline’s authorization.

Unfortunately, due to technical and procedural reasons, we are unable to finalize the refund before the airline authorizes the request and the settlement between the parties is completed. This is part of the established refund procedure that we are required to follow. Until the airline confirms the authorization, there is no technical possibility for us to complete the refund on our side.

We understand that waiting in such circumstances may feel unfair and unclear from the customer’s perspective. However, we would like to assure you that this does not mean your request is being ignored. Your case is in progress, and we are continuing to monitor it within the framework of the applicable procedure.

As soon as we receive the airline’s authorization for the refund and the mutual settlement is completed, we will immediately notify you by the purchaser’s email address. Only after this stage is completed can we proceed with the final processing of your refund.

very dissatisfied with the service. When booking air tickets, the price changed to a higher price. It is impossible to reach a live operator by phone. The service allows online registration only 24 hours before departure, while online registration on the airline's website is available in advance.

According to our records, there was no excess charge taken without your consent. During the payment step, an informational notice may sometimes appear stating that the airline has updated the ticket price. This can happen if the fare changed in the airline’s internal system during the booking process, or if your browser cached results from a previous search and initially displayed outdated pricing. In any case, the booking and payment can only be continued after the buyer explicitly confirms acceptance of the updated price.

Regarding the “Check in” service: this option is not mandatory. It is provided only upon passenger request and for an additional fee. Regardless of whether this service is purchased, we always provide passengers with all necessary details so they can complete online check-in independently on the airline’s website. If the service is purchased, we complete the check-in in turn (depending on the departure date) and send the boarding passes to the buyer’s email address.

We’d also like to address the phone support concern. We can see two unsuccessful call attempts to our line, and later that you were able to reach us and receive a consultation. At peak times our phone lines may be temporarily overloaded, which can make it difficult to connect immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

For your booking, your boarding passes have already been sent to the buyer’s email. Please check the inbox (and the Spam/Junk folder as well).

Wrong information regarding lowerest price

To buy ticket with lowerest price you will need to have special Ukraine issued credit/debit card. I tried 3 different option and always got error that this card not supported. Finally I decide to choise other option just enter different bank details, price changed to extra 3-4 euro, not big deal but in fact lowerest price is not true on this service.

In some cases, certain promotional or localized rates are available only for specific card types or cards issued in particular countries. If the system doesn’t support the selected card, it may automatically offer an alternative payment route, which can result in a slightly different final amount due to processing fees or currency/payment-provider conditions.

We understand how this can feel misleading when the price changes at checkout, even by a small amount. We’ll pass your comments to the responsible team so the payment conditions and any card restrictions are communicated more clearly before the final step.

However, at the moment when the actual modification was being processed in the airline’s system, there was a fare increase for the selected route and travel date. For this reason, an additional payment was required to complete the reissue of your ticket.

I can not add my booking to my Account…

I can not add my booking to my Account on the airlines’ website with provided information, the support did nothing (except taking me as a fool)

UPD: Where should I give you this information? here? I've already provided it to your so-called "support" — it doesn't work

UPD2: this is not true — there is no email from you about this, there are some like "rate us", "don't forget to buy a return ticket (really? very funny)" but nothing about my problem — no emails, no screenshots, nothing. Your "support" tells me that there is "ongoing verification" of my booking, from yesterday. It looks like a polite "f*** off" to me, that I'm annoying with my problem caused by your "service".

UPD3: of course I've checked the spam etc., once more — nothing from you

UPD4: yes, the problem has finally been resolved, thanks. But why did it take so much time and effort to get it done?

Convenient service, offers many options

I tracked tickets to Antalya for a week. I don't always understand the logic of price dynamics, they sometimes changed several times a day. When I found the best option, I didn't manage to book tickets right away. At the payment stage, an error message appeared ("The airline has not confirmed the availability of seats"). But it was worth removing insurance from the additional services - the payment was successful, the tickets were booked.
This is not the first time I use this service, and overall I am satisfied.

Scam with Ticket Prices

They manipulate prices. I first paid for a ticket for one flight (Q4FWOKQ6), and then paid for another one (WB6ZF8VA). Both orders were fully paid and confirmed. After that, I received an email saying the second order was canceled due to a "fare change." But right after that, the same ticket appeared again on the website — almost twice as expensive.

They clearly saw that I had already paid for the first part of my trip, and then canceled the second ticket to force me to buy it again at a higher price. This is a dishonest scheme. Then they pretend that “the orders are not connected.”

In reality, everything is connected. I lost money because of their manipulations, and now they refuse to take any responsibility. I do not recommend them. It’s a scam.

Today at 2 pm I bought tickets, I was supposed to fly on this flight on Saturday at 7 am. I chose the flight for a long time and bought the rest of the tickets for it. I'm leaving with 5 transfers. I get a message 7 hours later!!!! after buying that there will be no tickets because they are sold out, other tickets for the same time on this service cost 40% more. Tech support does not respond, this is just a terrible attitude towards people.
UPD Thank you for your apology. I wanted to clarify that after the refusal I bought a ticket for the same time from the same company that deals with flights, only almost twice as expensive. If the company Tickets really wanted to resolve the situation, it could find alternatives. On the website of the same ticket Tickets were for the same flight, for a flight in 5 minutes. I do not recommend using this service, there were many moments, but this one showed the whole point. This is very ugly towards people, especially in such a difficult time and that some countries do not have a direct connection and the space above the country is generally closed and you need to travel from point A to point B by many means of transport, and the arrival depends on everyone, especially from the plane, and not 1 flight for 3 hours
