So I have complaints about the horrible customer service and return process …

So I have no complaints about the dresses. The dresses where beautiful and I feel they were sized appropriately. I even received my dresses on time because I got them in stock. The size i needed was already avaliable so it really did not take long. It came in earlier then I thought.

HOWEVER, the issue is the horrible customer service and the return process. I was told eventually I had free returns based on the dress i picked although originally I had to contact them because I was under the impression I would be paying like 30 percent from what the website said. Which was a no no. I would have just kept the dresses.

I return them simply because they were to small. But yes they were quality and pretty.

So I returned my 2 dresses that was too small. I followed the instructions and it was easy. After the carrier said it was delivered I waited at least 2 weeks to contact them about my refund. They said it was still being processed. I let it go. Do you know about 5 to 6 weeks after being delivered still no money back.

I told them if they would not reply and give me my refund im contacting the BBB.

I am happy to say after 5 to 6 weeks and multiple angry messages. I received my money. Just minus 30 something for shipping. I was find with it.

I will not be shopping with them again.

Come with a couple of ideas on dresses you want from the website.

We had a lovely experience shopping for senior prom dresses. Joey was wonderful, sweet and patient. We came out to the store two days in a row and on both occasions she was very helpful. I will definitely come back when the times comes for my other two daughters.

Best place to dress shop

Best place to dress shop. Customer service is so friendly and dress selection is huge . We always find a dress here without a problem.

Helpful sales staff in the store

Helpful sales staff in the store .
Don't try to call because it just goes to corporate and no one picks up.
I had a hard time getting anybody to respond to me via email (I wanted to initiate a return) within the 21 day window. But I got no response .
so I ended up driving to the store an hour and a half away so I could make the exchange.
Even though I was standing there with the dress, we could not do an exchange without going through their corporate inspecting process - for stains makeup etc.… Which I understand… But no one in the store is able to do that. They have to send it out and then you wait 2 weeks to find out if the exchange was going to be granted.. So even though I was standing there in the store with the dress in the box with the tag on -that had only been tried on for about three minutes - They couldn't give me an even exchange.
Then when it came time to do a refund,.,There's a 15% restocking fee, even though I was going to get the exact same dress , just a different size.
So overall I think their policies are very restrictive, their responsiveness via email and phone is super lackluster. Once in the store, the sales staff was quite nice and helpful, even though they were unable to do anything about their ironclad restocking fee/policies.
Not sure I would ever buy a dress online again from them, just because the returns are problematic.

The lady’s here were so delightful

The lady’s here were so delightful and made sure to assist us when trying on their dresses. I have been to other dress stores too and these prices don’t compare to any other and with great quality!

Buyers BEWARE!!!

I ordered a prom dress on March 3rd and paid $50 extra for express shipping, which had latest date as March 25th. Today is April 3rd, and the dress has not even shipped.

I have called multiple times and left VM with no response at all. Now “the mailbox is full”! How convenient.

This is extremely stressful with prom coming up soon, and completely unacceptable for a $263 order. Paying for express shipping and receiving nothing is incredibly frustrating.

I would strongly advise others not to order from this company unless you are willing to risk not receiving your dress at all. Wish I could give a zero star! Oh and leaving a review on their website doesn’t work.

Beautiful Dresses but Buyer BEWARE

I bought two dresses from Kiss Prom and when I went to return one, I was unable to on the website (said it was non-returnable) although online that was not clearly stated nor in the buying process. I contacted customer service - and went 10 days with no response. I then contacted the BBB. Kiss responded and sent me a label. They have had the dress for weeks, have not responded to my emails about the refund and then when I contacted BBB they said "refund within 24 hours." Well days later, no refund. Bottom line, it is very painful to return anything and they will keep your money.

Don’t buy if you’re in a rush.

If you’re in a rush, buy elsewhere. Can take up to almost a month to get. Not even sure if I’m going to like it as I haven’t received it and was told it would be another couple weeks. Rediculous!!

We had such a wonderful experience

We had such a wonderful experience! The prom dress is absolutely stunning – even more beautiful in person and exactly as described. The quality, fit, and details were perfect, and it made the evening truly special.

What impressed us the most was the outstanding customer service. The seller went above and beyond to make sure the dress arrived on time, which meant everything to us.

A very special thank you to Kate, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. She truly made a difference and helped make my daughter’s prom night unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Dresses are fine, but you can get the same dresses anywhere for the same price. The Corona store employee told my daughter they were closed when it was still open business hours on the website and phone message. She was there to make a return. We returned the next day, and the return was taken. No documentation and no assistance on when to expect the refund. My daughter was told she would get an email. The email read "Hi,
I’m confirming you wanted to return your dress today.
If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at their email address" Customer service in store and on line AWFUL!!!

This is our second time visiting…

This is our second time visiting Kissprom for prom dresses. I love the selection and price point. The lighting at the corona location and giant mirror really allows you to get a good look at the dress. So happy with our purchase and service at Kissprom.

Don't order from here

I ordered 3 dresses on Feb. 22. When I received my confirmation email there was no estimated time on the time of delivery. I emailed and kissprom said all of the dresses were special orders. This was not in the description. I have emailed about this order 4 times and they keep telling me my last dress is coming. It still hasn’t shipped. Wanted to pick the best option and have time for any alterations. Now it is March 31 and still missing 1 dress with still no response.
Update: Dress finally came April 2 in the wrong color scheme! I have tried to contact the company again and no response. I finally reached out to the BBB and got 1 response about how they are sorry. They offered $20 off, the dress went on sale since I ordered it and it is now $50 less so not really helpful. Dresses are nice quality but I have never had an issue with customer service as bad as this. Please do not order!

I ordered my dress Wednesday the 25th…

I ordered my dress Wednesday the 25th of March and it shows that the dress has not been shipped just shows processed, everyone says there dress has came in days early and I'm scared mine wont come in before my prom in April and some reviews show that it takes 2-3 weeks for shipping
