😡Dress never received. Poor Customer Service
😡I ordered my daughter's prom dress on March 6, paid $50 for express shipping and it still hasn't shipped yet. Her prom is now less than a month away! I have also emailed and called, with no response. I would stay away from this scam of a company!

SCAMERS- BUYER BEWARE
SCAMERS!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!
We placed and order with apple pay and instantly realized the shipping address was auto populated incorrectly but it was too late.
Within minutes, like less than 5 minutes, we emailed customer service to let them know the address needed to be corrected.
For the record, there is no way to call customer service or to change/modify an order at all online or otherwise, after it is placed.
Kissprom shipped the order the next day. There was NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOW THE TRACKING NUMBER IS WITH USPS AND WE HAVE NO WAY TO TRACK THE SHIPPMENT TO SEE IF THEY MODIFIED THE ORDER.
What a scam.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE ONLINE.
The BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU DOES NOT RECOMMEND: This business is NOT BBB Accredited!!!!! GOOGLE IT!

This store is phenomenal.
We had a terrible experience ordering a dress that never shipped from an out of state seller, we have 2 weeks for our daughters prom and no dress was ever shipped. We found Kiss Prom dress store last minute and made the drive here and were blown away with the customer service, Serenity and Joey are outstanding, they helped us find the most gorgeous dress for our daughters 1st prom after this original nightmare. This store is fully stocked with beautiful dresses and keep available sizes in the back brand new for immediate purchase with no ordering needed which was excellent as we needed a dress to take home same day. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to have a wonderful experience. We will be returning customers moving forward.

Unethical business
We ordered three dresses. Paid $80 for expedited shipping. One of the three came very late despite the extra charge. It was very cheap material. When we inquired about getting the expedited shipping refunded (since they didn’t actually send the order) they said it was nonrefundable and added a 20% restocking fee to send back. That’s a total snake move. Do not trust this company. They are also not BBB certified. Lots of similar/identical complaints. ***** see the incredibly weak and generic reply company sent two months after this original complaint submitted. It is a cut and paste for all of the other similar responses. What do you think would happen if I contacted them? Is this just unethical or is it large scale petty crime too small for anyone to do anything about? Buyer beware

Takes weeks/months to get order
Ordered my daughter's dress 2/28. On 3/18 there is still no anticipated shipping date. Was told by the company "it typically take express shipping 25-30 days and Economy 35-40 days to deliver from the date you placed the order, this Includes the production time." Unless you have months to spare I would skip KP.
