The item purchased was not as illustrated on website, was broken on delivery and was not fit for purpose. When I asked for refund they were very obstructive. At one point they offered a 20% refund and and I keep the item. After lengthy email exchange and me pointing out my consumer rights I received a refund but delivery charge was not refunded.

I regret the moment I placed an order with this company and wish that I had looked at Trustpilot reviews of this company. Don’t go anywhere near this company, they are absolutely awful.

Terrible company - poor delivery time based on what it promises, complex refund process and either automated/poorly trained customer service reps have me going in circles for something I no longer need. Will be reporting to UK consumer protection or fraud team if I don’t get a proper reply to my email next time.

Delivery was good received in a week. The sandals are comfortable. I wear them every day.

Do not buy from this company. Complete sham.

Ordered a ring, it never arrived. Tracking didn't work and then suddenly backdated the delivery to a past date without any physical drop off. Any attempt to contact them has been completely ignored. Will be pursuing my refund through my bank

Website says hassle free returns so I ordered two sizes - product came and was awful quality - got in touch to return and they refused to send me details to return the items. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have repeatedly requested either a returns label or clear instructions on how to return my items, yet my requests have been consistently ignored. On the rare occasion I do receive a response, it is nothing more than a generic, scripted message that bears no relevance to the issue I am trying to resolve.

The complete lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to assist has been incredibly frustrating. What should have been a simple returns process has turned into a drawn-out and disappointing experience due entirely to the poor level of customer support. I am still no closer to returning my items despite making multiple attempts to seek help.

Ordered an Ems facial shaper. The goods arrived fairly quickly although the package was damaged. Upon opening I found one of the under eye pads wasn't working. I contacted the company who said "no one else has completed about this product".! Totally irrelevant. To cut a long story short, we exchanged emails and I was offered a 15% discount followed by a 50% discount. I've accepted the higher offer on multiple occasions with no response. The machine is now in the bin as the other eye pad stopped working as did one of the facial sensors. This was a total waste of £25. I've since seen a similar product on Amazon for half the price. Interestingly when the company emails you it's flagged as SPAM. Says it all. Never ordering anything from them again.

I ordered sandals that stated they were orthopedic. They were so stiff and narrow I couldn't get them on.
After weeks of obviously chat bot responses to my returns request, then being completely ignored, I had to get my money back via Barclays charge back scheme.

Ordered an LED nail treatment light which was broken on arrival. I wish I had checked Trust Pilot first, luckily I only wasted £20 but I've never received such a poorly made cheap and nasty product. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing service and quality

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered and paid for a product which they kept telling me was in transit. It never arrived & after 45 days I asked for my money back. I now keep getting emails in broken English telling me they are sending another product but it is too late. They do not acknowledge my request for a refund. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE!!!!

Terrible customer service. Do not use this company.

All was well until I tried to return an item and followed the directions in the website to reject a return code
After two email responses neither of which addressed the issue all communication has ceased
I tried the phone number on the website which simply directs you to use the email!
Totally unacceptable

Bought some shoes that were too big. Although I ordered a size 5 which would have been approximately 9½" in length in British sizing. They were 10½" & so were oversized & much too big. They wouldn't allow me to return them, saying I got what I ordered. BEWARE as you won't be able to return anything. I suspect they are a Chinese company which is why they won't let you send anything back.

I bought some footwear that didn't fit. Refused to let me return them. Their response was they have never had a complaint about these items before.

Never received an order after weeks of ordering.

No response from customer service. Should have read all the other bad reviews before ordering.

Very pleased with shoes, a bargain at the price. Customer services replied promptly and politely to my query regarding delivery and shoes were delivered before expected.

I cannot fault the item or length of shipping time, but I am trying to return the item and not having very much luck! the sizing guide on the website did not match the product, I have been trying for a few days now to return an item which is far too big for me but getting told that no one has ever complained about the item, at a total loss of how I can return and get my money back, will not use again
