I contacted this company on 23rd December regarding an issue with my order, but I have only received automated replies and no proper response from customer service. This has been extremely disappointing.
I ordered the Professional Polygel Nail Kit (Order #KP-11227) from kissproof.co.uk, which was advertised as including a SUNUV 48W LED/UV Nail Lamp (the larger white model with a digital timer). However, what I received was a small SUNmini 6W portable lamp, which is completely different from what was shown on the website and not suitable for curing polygel properly.
I emailed the company explaining the issue and provided photos as proof, requesting either:
the correct 48W SUNUV lamp, or
a full refund
Despite this, I have not received a proper reply or resolution.
The product delivered does not match the description, and the lack of customer support is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The goods arrived promptly and in good condition. However I find the product is no longer appropriate for my husband’s condition. I have emailed support services enquiring about returns policy but have received no reply

Made the order then saw the reviews so was very worried. However my experience with the company was very good. Had very quick and polite response from them and the product arrived within 2 weeks from china over xmas period. My partner liked the product and said it was good quality and worked as she expected (LED mask). So all round positive experience I would buy from Kissproof again. Thanks

Beware! Misleading delivery times. Advertises 48hr dispatch then informs 2-4 weeks for delivery. Tracking doesn’t work properly, repeated messages giving no clue where your item is. Just a link to a paid app! Won’t be making any more purchases from KissProofUK.

Fantastic - absolutely ZERO indication my package was coming from China, have sent multiple emails asking where my package is as it hasn't even left China yet and have been ignored multiple times. I read positive reviews on the nails when I was looking but they were seemingly fake. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews first. Gonna leave it till the end of the week and report this company to action fraud and my bank if this issue isnt resolved.

I suspect email customer support is a 'robot' now not 1 reasonable reply out of many to organise a return. No human on the phone just directed back to email!!! I'm getting so angry. I've been trying to organise a return. No luck. Thinking it will be a ploy to get to 30 days and then I'll get nothing. Product is either faulty or just plain rubbish!!

Ordered a neck massager as a present but it arrived with no instructions and has failed to operate at all! Contacted Support asking for return details but all I got was a request for a video of the product. I sent the video via WeTransfer and WT say the video was previewed but not downloaded. I've queried this with Kissproof and they say they have not received it. When I used their own email to make a reply it "bounces" saying it has been treated as "spam" and that's because their "support" email address is redirected to an email address which is coded to treat Support emails as Spam!

This is clearly a Scam company and has been reported to Action Fraud.

If I could give them no stars I would .I ordered a led mask for £49.99 in October. Still waiting for it to arrive. Emailed them lots of times then finally got a reply saying if it hadn't come to ask the delivery company were it was .
Since then they dont even reply to emails. RUBBISH FIRM DONT USE EVER.lost money for goods now ..what a RIP off firm

Absolutely rubbish company they are based in Canada the police found that out we have tfraud onto them. If you pay by pay pal they will take up your case I have just received my refund from Paypal .

Absolutely scam website. I ordered a neck massager for £35.99 and when it arrived last Saturday it was cheap quality, made in China, and it doesn't even for my neck properly! I have messaged 3 times to ask to return it because it does not fit my neck properly and been told that I must send a video of why the product is faulty even though they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Now Emma is refusing to answer my messages and the email address is non existent. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Now reported to my bank.

You gave us Fake parcel tracking number for a non existent delivery! You failed to answer my e mails to you and you are Blackening the good name of a reputable parcel delivery company!
When I talk to FedEx tomorrow, they will not be very happy you are blackening their name and reputation!
You will also be hearing from my Bank!

Order never received and no reply to emails after 4 weeks

The delivery took too long and the product is just ok. Definitely not anything special to any other hair dryer. I would have returned it but I had already got rid of my old one

Stay away from this company rubbish products from china!!!
I have been emailing for weeks now asking for instruction's to return item, emma from customer service sais i can return but kept holding back the info on how to return, they have stopped replying to my emails now. Scam!!
