Great service and communication…
Great service and communication throughout, however delivery person was very rough when lifting the dishwasher over my front doorstep, thought the dishwasher and doorstep were going to be smashed. Thankfully only the polystyrene packing took the brunt of it, but would of liked a little bit more of a careful approach especially with such an expensive item.

Excellent buying experience
I bought a 60cm free-standing cooker from this excellent company on-line. Customer service on the phone was very helpful and informative throughout.
As I live outside their designated delivery area, they readily collaborated as I arranged for a courier service to deliver the item from their shop. Definitely went over and above to facilitate the entire transaction and delivery.
A very positive experience throughout. I would highly recommend.

My dishwasher broke down on the Monday before jChristmas - ordered from Kitchen Economy that day - delivered the next! Larger companies unable to deliver at short notice. Choice and service superb. Easy online ordering and delivery and installation trouble free. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

New dishwasher - delivery/installation was delayed by 2days but it was the week before Christmas so understand how busy it was.
Otherwise a good value machine and experienced installers who were very good.
Nice to support a local business as well.
