Last year I had my kitchen designed and fitted by Sigma, the whole experience exceeded expectations from start to finish.From the consultation with Barbora Brnak she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered suggestions through the process.
The design by Barbora made excellent use of the space, every detail was well thought through from layout and storage space ,a lot of expertise went into creating something that not only looks great but works perfectly for everyday use.The fitting process was equally impressive, professional, punctual and finished a high standard.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone considering a new kitchen.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with both our experience of working with Sigma 3, and the finished product. Our kitchen is even better than we dreamed of, and we can’t recommend Sigma 3 (and particularly Lacra Matei) enough.

We were recommended Sigma 3 by a friend of ours. She highly recommended Lacra and from the moment we spoke to her on the phone, we knew there was noone else we wanted to work with.

Lacra was simply fantastic- the perfect balance of patience, listening to what we wanted and making suggestions to enhance our kitchen beyond what we imagined. She knows her stuff inside out and her expertise came through in every discussion we had. Shewithout complaint made all the changes, tweaks and revisions that we wanted to make sure we got exactly what we dreamt of in our kitchen. Not just that, Lacra was a delight to work with - and we loved our zoom meetings with her.

The process itself was stress free and seamless. The communication between Lacra and ourselves was amazing. She really went above and beyond to keep us updated and informed, and she was extremely responsive at all times- and the fact we were in London and she was in Wales made absolutely no difference to the process. Lacra put us in touch with the fitter, Kris, from the Surrey branch, who was also absolutely fantastic and did an incredible (and super fast!) fit of our kitchen.

We are delighted that we went with Sigma 3 and truly have our dream kitchen. Everyone we dealt with at Sigma, in particular Lacra and Kris, were brilliant and made the process so easy and stress free for us. We absolutely would recommend Sigma 3 for anyone who wants a high end looking kitchen but with less than high end prices!

We have had a lovely experience with Sigma3. The whole team have been fab. Rasa was very patient and creative in getting the design just right with great attention to detail; the checking of all the design spec by the technical team meant we had no fitting issues; and the installation team and supervision were exemplary. The quality of the units is fantastic and so is the style. The drawer and cabinet units and hinges are well constructed and can take a significant weight easily. And my favourite thing is the larder cupboard - makes me happy every time I use it - that, and the big drawer under the sink and the big wooden crate drawers. The units themselves came pre-made bespoke from their factory. Really sturdy and solid and well packaged. Even the delivery and rubbish collection guys were lovely and worked their socks off. The end result is one we are delighted with and the kitchen works for us, and also for a professional chef whom we had in to cater an event - he liked it. The house now has the kitchen it deserves but for a very reasonable price given the quality and service. And with the choice of colours and worktop, we find it a calm and serene place to be. If you want really good quality and service for a very fair price, we cannot recommend them enough.

From start to finish we found them to be very helpful, we said what we were looking for & they took that on board from design to installation .

From the prep team to installation all was done in the agreed time frame.

Alex was brilliant at helping steer our choices. We were getting first class design expertise but always felt like we were getting the kitchen we wanted by balancing our budget with the overall style and functionality. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We were so pleased we have recommended him to friends.

From the beginning to the end David was on call and helpful in planning the kitchen and bedroom.
Tim, the manager, also checked in with us on occasions. The odd problem that occurred was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The workmanship of the units were stunning.
Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Sigma 3 and would definitely use again.

I had my kitchen design meeting with Emma Randall in the Abergavenny showroom. She made many helpful suggestions on the layout of the kitchen which was being installed in a property undergoing major renovations. The layout has exceeded my expectations. I now have more room and storage than I thought possible. I was kept informed throughout the process from the design to the installation. The kitchen units were professionally installed by Jamie and the worktops by Andy and his colleague. All did and an outstanding job. I am very pleased with my new kitchen. I have recently had a SIGMA kitchen installed and couldn’t be more pleased. Superb quality cabinets and worktop. The process from design to installation was exemplary. Dean and Craig from Sigma Colchester Ave couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and accommodating and the fitter, Mike, recommended by Sigma, was exceptional. I would highly recommend.

From start to finish, our experience with Sigma3 Kitchens has been nothing short of exceptional. Renovating our forever home and choosing a brand new kitchen can be very overwhelming, but Melina from the Esher showroom made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and genuinely exciting.

Her knowledge is outstanding and she took the time to really understand my vision, family lifestyle, and how we will use the space day-to-day. She was able to show us every cabinet, drawer, appliances we chose so the final design felt completely tailored to us. She even helped us designing our new utility room which is very functional.

The installation went very smoothly too and we can now enjoy our dream kitchen and utility room too.

Fantastic Experience at Sigma Abergavenny

We’ve just completed a project with the Sigma Abergavenny branch, and the whole experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Every member of staff was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we got exactly what we needed.

A special thank you goes to Emma, who took the time to really listen to our requirements. She gently refined our ideas and transformed them into a design that fits our utility room perfectly. Somehow, she managed to incorporate an integrated fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and even a brilliant step‑in corner pantry. On top of that, she helped us create a beautiful hand‑painted coffee and tea pantry complete with a small breakfast bar — a feature we absolutely love.

We also decided to uplift our seven‑year‑old Sigma kitchen worktop and upgrade to a Quooker tap, and the process was seamless. Sigma truly can support everything from top‑of‑the‑range kitchen designs to smaller, more focused projects. Don’t hesitate to pop in and ask for advice — we were genuinely surprised and thrilled by what was possible.

A big thank you as well to Dave, who organised the fitter and delivery with impeccable timing. His communication throughout was absolutely faultless.

Overall, Sigma Abergavenny exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended

I recently purchased fitted kitchen units from Sigma for my large walk-in pantry.
The reason that I used Sigma was that I had previously used them 12 years ago for a fully fitted kitchen.
To say that the kitchen has stood the test of time would not give the comment full justice. It's still as good as when it was fitted.
The communication between myself and members of the team was very good and each member was obviously a professional in their role.
The delivery and fitting of the units was punctual and up to the standard that I hoped and expected.
If the occasion arose that I needed to purchase similar products in the further I would make Sigma my first port of call.

From the start of the design process to completion, we had great service. The team were patient, responsive and professional as we explored options and made constructive suggestions. The final product is of a high quality and looks fantastic. Lots of choice and showroom helpful for seeing the kitchen mock ups and cabinet colours. Highly recommended.

We were looking to construct a dream kitchen for a brand-new extension in our home. We visited Sigma in Swansea and met with Eleanor. She truly listened to what we actually wanted, what our priorities in the kitchen are and how we wanted it to feel, and she left no stone unturned in the design process. Budget constraints in other parts of the project meant that ultimately we couldn't go through with our dream kitchen, but we couldn't recommend Eleanor highly enough as a designer. We know we'll be back one we have the budget for the kitchen we really want.

Tom, our designer, truly knew his job inside out. He offered a wealth of advice and guidance throughout the process, helping us make the best choices for both style and functionality. His attention to detail and expertise made a huge difference, and we felt confident every step of the way.

Dean, our kitchen fitter, also did an amazing job. The quality of his workmanship is outstanding, and the finished kitchen looks absolutely incredible. Everything has been fitted to perfection, and you can really see the care and skill that went into it.

I had my full kitchen designed and fitted by sigma 3 and Martyn was fab, listened and understood my vision and brought it to life whilst accomdating to my budget.

After a failed kitchen project with a different company and a year of upset and stress Sigma 3 Kitchens at Culverhouse Cross held my hand and took me from total despair to absolute delight!
Plans were comprehensive, designs were detailed, schedules were met, nothing was too much trouble. The results are amazing.

In just over 3 weeks, and in time for Christmas, my house became my home again with a stunning kitchen, boot room and bar.

We love our kitchen!
There are so many kitchen companies out there and often the only way to choose is based on recommendation, in this case Sigma3. We are very glad we listened to that recommendation! We had the outlines of a design and with a few other ideas and tweaks along the way we had a fantastic design. Dean was very knowledgeable in the Colchester Av showroom. It helped massively spending the time to look at each unit and configuration in the showroom to be clear on what we were going to get. He suggested ways to stay in budget. Every step was smooth and managed well from design, order, delivery and fitting. Dennis completed our install and resolved the few snags very well with the wider team. They worked well to coordinate with other trades on our wider project too.
We have been living in our kitchen for 3 months and it is wonderful. Everything was done in time for Christmas too.
The only fault was remembering which cupboard or drawer we had put something in!

Cant fault it! Show room, designer, fitting and installation all great. They are not the cheapest but the quality and service make it it worth paying the bit extra.
