After choosing Masterclass when replacing our kitchen a year ago, we didn't need to consider another brand when it came to revamping our Utility. We're really please with the result - despite opting for a cheaper range, we have the same high quality, spacious, practical cabinets which look lovely. Particularly love the bifold doors giving easy access beneath the worktop and not having a centre post in the cupboards. So pleased with our new Utility / Craft Room which was once again designed & installed expertly by the wonderful team at RLA Interior Design in Norwich who we can't recommend highly enough.

Thanks Cassie. However, I sent the same email, addressed to you directly, on 12/12/25! Then I followed it up due to no response! It’s been over 12 months of broken promises on both parts and as a customer I am left with a faulty kitchen, I didn’t pay thousands of pounds for this service or a poor quality kitchen, which Inspire Kitchen & Bathrooms informed me M/C knew that the quality was not up to standard after we had purchased our kitchen. I have ALL the evidence to prove this!
100’s of other potential customers have read and liked my comments, surely it is in both your interests to replace the faulty parts and resolve this ongoing issue. I am also happy to share the email S T M/C retail manager, that he sent to inspire, which clearly shows M/C have taken responsibility for poor quality parts!
We have been waiting 12 months for finger grips to be replaced when masterclass agreed to replace the due to being badly made! Contacted inspire Kitchen & Bathrooms straight away when faults became apparent. S from Inspire Kitchens came out to inspect our kitchen, that cost £26K+ plus, she told us that Masterclass knew the grip handles are not fit for purpose yet they carried on supplying them! The same with the end panels on our island, they are falling apart too. She said they would also be replaced at the same time as the finger grips. We are still waiting, I have contacted both suppliers with nothing but broken promises!! Masterclass assured us they are doing a lot behind the scenes another delay tactic!
Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Before ordering from them read the many reviews from other customers we can’t all be wrong! Poor quality product quality for super high prices! Emails are going unanswered which is very concerning! If you want a kitchen that lasts avoid Masterclass and don’t use Inspire Kitchen & Bathrooms either. Considering our first masterclass kitchen had to be replaced after flooding, storm Babek, I trusted these companies! But as soon as something goes wrong neither wants to know! Next step for us is court, I will not let either off! Thanks for nothing! If it wasn’t stressful enough to have to leave our home for 12 months now we are having to deal with this!

I am thrilled with my masterclass kitchen, My corner Pantry is by far the best thing I've ever bought and the drawers are such good quality -saves me bending- it really is exceptional!

If your reply is true & honest, where are my 4th replacement finger grips? The island end panels have been replaced twice, due to an ongoing quality issue, which you are aware of! Why do Masterclass blame the customer, there is definitely a pattern of behaviour here!
Your “rep” was very quick to blame the fitter, I and Inspire Kitchen & Bathrooms agreed a couple of fitting issues. Whether you like it or not the quality of our kitchen is not what one expects! Thankfully, I have ALL the evidence to back up my complaint especially when your “rep” eventually took the time to inspect our kitchen. You have a responsibility to customers regardless of how you try to blame Inspire Kitchen & Bathrooms. Just remember 1 unhappy customer tells 100! Just to be clear I DID NOT accept your “reps” findings nor have you answered any of my concerns.! What you did say via an email, which I still have is & I quote, DO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN, if you would like any proof do not hesitate to contact me!!

Before I start this review, I want to point out I have ALL the evidence to back up this review! Plus, our kitchen is still within the guarantee 3-year range Masterclass offer!! No laughing matter after spending £27,500!!
After I left my 1st review on here Masterclass left the usual cut & paste email asking me to contact them directly. I immediately did and sent photos of the faulty end panels & finger grips, I heard nothing, so emailed them again, only to be told NOT to contact them again…now that’s what I call customer service… I then Googled Masterclass reviews and was not surprised to read lots of negative reviews with the same issues as us.
After the flooding, storm Babek, in 2023 our insurance company agreed to replace our kitchen and worktops as our existing kitchen was a total loss. We had used Inspire Kitchens & Bathrooms, Unit 1, 409, Clay Lane, Birmingham B26 1ET with Masterclass supplying the kitchen in 2017, the quality was good back then, skip forward to 2024 when the replacement kitchen was fitted, apart from damaged cause by Inspires B&K fitter, which S from Inspire K & B said they would replace, we trusted this would be done, we are still waiting! Within weeks of the new kitchen been fitted the finger grips started to badly bubble and the end panels on the island started to unstick.
I immediately notified Inspire B & K who came out to see the shoddy workmanship, she told us she would contact the supplier, Masterclass Kitchens. They agreed to replace all the finger grips, within days of the replacement they had started to bubble again, 2 further replacements later and still bubbling, we are still waiting for the 4th lot of finger grips. S from Inspire B & K told us that Masterclass are aware of the poor quality and was looking to get them manufactured elsewhere. I asked why do MC keep selling them? She went on to say we are not the only customers having these issues. S told us she had stopped taking orders using the finger grip range poor quality and the lack of support from MC, she told us that Masterclass knew the quality of both finger grips & end panels are poor quality and they should stop selling them. This did not instill me with confidence. S asked us to wait 6 months for replacements while MC sourced a new supplier…we are still waiting.
I was contacted by S from Inspire K & B who told me MC would not replace the end panels but not to worry they would replace them FOC due to the poor quality supplied by MC. S told us MC had agreed to give him a big discount and that the order had placed. I asked for the order number I was assured this would be given, you’ve guest it, no order number has been forthcoming.
I called MC to see where the outstanding finger grips are and to see if S had placed the order for the end panels, MC said someone would call me, I’m not holding my breath.
During our last call with Inspire B&K, S told us they are going to stop trading with MC and are going to close their business! At least this will stop other customers going through what we are still going through with no end in sight.
We trusted Inspire Kitchens & Bathrooms, obviously they had NO intention of replacing the island doors & end panels or finger grips and as for Masterclass, they too couldn’t care less regardless of all the waffle on their website about how much they care etc. etc.…
This is a truthful and honest review, please avoid both faceless companies who just blame each other whilst customers concern goes unheard! I am very disappointed with Masterclass and Inspire Kitchen & Bathrooms.

Contacted Neff who are certain there is nothing wrong with the washing machine and no steam guard is required as with a dishwasher.
Told I would have to pay again for new door.
I don’t think they are fit for purpose and will be taking this further.
The door adjacent to integrated washing machine has now started to split too.
Shocking after such a short time.

We had our Masterclass Kitchen installed approx 3 years ago and absolutely love it. The quality and workmanship is top class and everyone that visits us always give lovely comments. I would recommend Masterclass to anyone who is thinking of installing a new kitchen. I recently needed to contact Masterclass and nothing was too much trouble I was so impressed. Well done.

I purchased my kitchen through Re-home and I am highly satisfied with the kitchen itself and the service received from Re-home. I then decided to add to the kitchen and through Inspire kitchens and Bathrooms Olton I purchased a pullout ladder with a delivery date of 4-6 weeks. I paid in full and waited. I had a fitter on a retainer penciled in for to be on the safe side 8 weeks time. During the wait I was informed the unit has to be remade a it would now be a further 6 weeks. Obviously not happy with this, I was led to believe I would be compensated for the loss of my fitter and the inconvenience caused. To this day I have received no compensation or even the touch up paints promised. So overall I would not recommend either company.
UPDATE... don't be fooled by their responses. I have provided the information and no further contact has been made !!

I had a problem with 2 of my kitchen doors I may add my kitchen is 10 years old I emailed Customer Service at Masterclass and they could not have been more helpful they managed to find my original invoice and track down the colour and design of my doors as I result I will soon have 2 new replacement doors great customer service I would like to thank Toni especially
So here we are in July and following on from the review I posted in January, we are still awaiting a successful outcome with our masterclass kitchen. We had to pay for replacement doors as our warranty had expired ( if you hope that your kitchen will last a long time please check warranty details). So then we waited ages only to be told new faults had been found so we had to wait even longer and then when the delivery came it was incomplete and included some other poor persons items!
Hopefully the delivery will be made next week and then fitting may be done before Christmas!! - and we’ll have a bill for that too!
I should add that replacement doors are not identical in colour to originals so beware of trying partial replacements. ☹️
When our kitchen retailer, who i would not recommend, didn't include an essential part of our order Masterclass Kitchens were excellent at resolving the problem. Customer services couldn't have been more helpful and restored my faith in this product. The part was sent straight away and I am now very happy with our new kitchen. If only other companies could resolve issues as swiftly and positively as them life would be a lot less hassle.
