kitchenaid food processor…
I bought a kitchenaid food processor and the motor blew within months, got sent a new replacement and the motor on that also blew within a few months! Considering I wasn't using it on a daily basis I'm so disappointed! I called kitchenaid today and after a good 20 mins was able to speak to someone. Unfortunately I was kept on hold whilst the assistant tried to resolve my issue but then cut me off! 53 minutes of wasted time. Wish I never bought this product, absolutely useless! Most regrettable £320 I've spent!!!
Terrible after sales and impossible to contact
Very poor customer service
We have had a kichenaid mixer for several years and always looked after it very well. The top lock stopped working so at kitchenaid’s request we sent it to Trojan electronic for repair with a cost of £200. After almost 2 months it was finally returned only to find the original fault was not sorted, the motor (which was perfect) now made a terrible noise and the cast stand was bend! It was sent off again only to be returned with the original problem still not sorted, the stand replaced with a slightly off colour spare and the motor still making a terrible noise. So off it went again only to be lost by Trojan altogether. After several months a machine arrived from them which is clearly a bunch of spares put together. No one at kitchenaid ever answers the phone or replies to emails to help resolve this and it has been going on for almost 10 months now.
Really terrible company to deal with and zero customer support. Good machines when they work but pray it doesn’t go wrong and you have to deal with the after sales dept!! Utterly unacceptable given the price point of the machines
KITCHENAID CUSTOMER SERVICE....WHERE…
KITCHENAID CUSTOMER SERVICE....WHERE ARE YOU???
I have spent the entire morning trying to contact customer service, having used my mixer yesterday and a large screw falling out from the tilt head, while mixing.
Unfortunately the screw head does not allow for a regular screwdriver to reattach this. It appears a special alan key is needed, which I don't have. In addition, the same screw on the opposite side is also loose. This is not the quality we're led to believe Kitchenaid advertise, or reflected in the price of these appliances.
The mixer isn't even a year old, but I've spent the entire morning on hold this morning attempting to get hold of customer service, as well as using the customer webshop email addresses (both .eu and .com) both have rebounded back.
These appliances are expensive and considered purchases, so it's unacceptable that myself, and it appears many others, have similar issues when something goes wrong.
My mixer is unusable. Do I have to contact BBC Watchdog to actually get anyone to pick up the phone at Kitchenaid?
I now wish I had bought the Kenwood.
Appalling
Appalling. Managed to speak to someone (Monsef) on 28 February 2025 after hanging on for 30 minutes. I asked what was happening with my coffee machine returned for repair on 3 February 2025 (only bought on 24 October 2024). Told irreparable and offered refund or vouchers. Received email on 28 February asking for invoice and bank details. Replied by return. Immediately get an automated email saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you via email at this time." Phoned today, 3 March 2025, at 10.17am. After 44 minutes listening to music I was cut off. How are you supposed to deal with this company?
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Tries to fob you off, then makes dealing with them as difficult as possible. I had to send them a video of my blender smoking due to an electrical fault putting my house at risk of a fire. Thankfully, it tripped my electrics before causing any damage. Finally got them to accept the blender back and after 14 days they said it could not be repaired and they would send me a replacement. Still waiting 16 days later. I have been battling Kitchenaid for 4 months to get this resolved. Appalling customer service for a company that is supposed to have such a good reputation. Avoid!

Poor customer service and poor quality pans. Both are to the same standers. Incompetent to do the job.
Customer "Service" - I don't think so
Appalling customer "service". Purchased a product direct but I ordered the wrong item so returned it for credit - that was 3 weeks ago and still no credit. Attempting to telephone involves a wait of some 30 minutes. When you do speak to someone they haven't a clue and cannot provide an answer. I shall not be purchasing another Kitchenaid product. Premium price - yes with bargain basement customer service

Been trying to return a faulty item for a month, no reply to emails, not answering the phone. TERRIBLE service.
May be someone will get back to me now!
Disgusting Customer Servie
I have just wasted 25 minutes waiting to speak to Customer Services at Kitchen Aid, what a waste of time, no help at all.
I have just purchased an Expresso Coffee Machine & Grinder. The instruction manual for Coffee Machine has 270 pages, only 2.5 pages in English and absolutely useless. The manual is available on line and has 15 pages in English, so there was obviously a printing error. So, I requested either a correct manual or a print out of the on-line manual to be sent to me by post, the answer was no. I asked to speak to a manager, the answer was no. I have a number of Kitchen Aid appliances that I have had for a number of years but will definitely not buy any more. Absolutely disgusting service and their items are not cheap. The manual which I have does not make any sense and does not include the basics of how to use correctly, what the buttons are for, cleaning, descaling, etc. Don't waste your money!
Poor design and worse customer service
"KitchenAid and its products represent the perfect mix of professional performance, artisan quality and iconic design." - from their website.
Actually, my KitchenAid food processor is so badly designed that food and other dirt accumulates in the handle and lid, and cannot be removed. Extremely poor design, complemented by non-existent customer service.
But one thing KitchenAid is GREAT for is product placement. A pity they aren't more helpful to their customers.
Customer care is non-existent !

Do not buy their products !!!!
I’m very disappointed
I’m very disappointed. I bought a blender less than a year ago, and now the blade has stopped moving. There’s practically no customer service— the only option is to call an 00800 number, and after waiting for over half an hour, no one answered. Last year, their customer service was great. What happened?
Do not buy ! Awful customer service , no product and no money !
First kettle started intermittently boiling , sent of to repair to kitchenaid as it was in warranty . All effort by myself . After 2 weeks no response from Kitchaid , so another lengthy wait on the their care line to be told they didnt know where my kettle is ! An email the following day stated my kettle was unreapairable so a new one would be sent . After 3 weeks with no kettle the new one arrived. This now had a fault on the lid , it wont open fully . Yet another 30 minute wait on the phone , I now need to repeat the repair process ! No customer service ,, I was denied a manager and a new kettle or refund . Do not buy kitchenaid the aftercare is awful and you are left with no money or product !

Nice looking kettle but unreliable and terrible customer service. I’ve emailed them countless times about my faulty kettle and they don’t respond.
I wouldn't give any stars at all if…
I wouldn't give any stars at all if that were possible. I bought a KitchenAid food processor almost three years ago and haven't used it much. Yesterday, I tried to mix minced meat, and the multipurpose blade just got stuck. It wasn't overworked, and the blade wasn't blunt, as I've used it no more than ten times since purchasing it.
I tried to log in to the account I created when registering my purchase for warranty, but I couldn't sign in as it said 'wrong credentials.' When I attempted to reset my password, it said 'unknown user.' How is that possible? I was able to sign in before, and now I apparently don't exist as a user anymore.
I emailed them and received the following response: 'Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you via email at this time. For support, please contact us directly by phone at 0800 1026 979.' So, I called and spent approximately an hour listening to hold music—with no result.
This is a very dodgy company with no real support, as you literally cannot get in touch with them. I wonder if this is intentional.
No more KitchenAid products for me in the future. A company that truly cares is accessible and provides hassle-free service to its customers. KitchenAid is not one of those companies. Just avoid them and save yourself the stress and money.
They respond to emails after weeks
They respond to emails after weeks and after that month.
.
Purchase artisan mixer and stop spinning after les than 1 months.
Sustomer service is non existent, nobody answer the emails or phone.
I don't recommend brand and company.
Eventually they answered the email and managed to sent it back.
It was time and nerves consuming.
Disappointing and poor quality product
Bought a set of mixing bowls through Kitchenaid - not cheap- but as the brand was what is thought to be a quality brand I expected them to last in excess of 12 months. But no, they are peeling and blistering inside and out. Impossible to contact the company as email not available and customer phone lines put you on hold and then cut off telling you to call again. Disappointed - will be avoid this brand as customer service is rubbish and Amazon not much better as they are not interested in their marketplace sellers

Poor customer service policies let the…
Poor customer service policies let the company down! I spent over £500 on kitchenaid products for Christmas. I had ordered an additional dough hook, not realising that my mixer came with one. I emailed within a month to request to exchange the product (for a more expensive product). I’ve received very intermittent responses to emails over a 6 week period. Occasionally I was asked for additional info and told I’d be sent a returns label. Eventually they stopped responding altogether. I called the customer services line and had to wait for approx. 15 minutes before anyone answered. Then I was told that I can’t return the item as they only have a 14 day return period even over Xmas. I’m not sure why no one told me that 6 weeks ago when I first emailed! It’s a real shame as I really love the products I received and would have continued to add to my collection had I not felt so let down.
Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service. I’m absolutely gutted that I spent £100’s on an artisan food processor that is unusable as one of the blades constantly is stuck and will not come off no matter what my husband and I try. I cannot get through to their customer service. I’m £100’s out of pocket and have a huge appliance that I simply don’t know what to do with!
