Our original sink arrived damaged. I was very impressed by the speed of response to this problem, we had another sink two days later. We were kept fully informed of how the problem was being delat with. great service.

Excellent - right from the taking of the order to delivery - first class.
I had to check that the sink I wanted was in stock as Franke indicated that it was discontinued. The guy (in Somerset I think) was great and overall the service was first class - delivered as arranged.

Kitchenandbathroomwarehouse was the most professional and helpful website I had ever used. Customer is definitely their major stakeholders and I felt as a customer, I was key and satisfaction was the forefront of this company.
My order was taken in a professional manner with a follow up call. I felt my needs were important to this company as my own. I initially could not find my granite sink i had set my eyes on. Kitchenandbathroomwarehouse sought my sink and delivered it the next morning again with a follow up call to ensure i was satisfied. A million % rated.
