I can't say anything about the products, I didn't order anything there! But I saw a coffee machine that I'd have liked to order, but after clicking buy the price went up by € !12!. Immediately I contacted them and the answer was more like "fu* it and buy, we can do what we want." Not even a half-hearted apology ... I definitely won't be buying this one or anything there.

ordered a simple mandoline plus delivery. I paid for delivery to a business address as typically this is when items are dispatched. No, not this time. The shipping company they chose to ship with only delivers between 17-22:00 - completely useless for working hours. Not only did they fail to deliver in the evening yesterday (i stayed late and waited for the delivery) - I received an SMS notification at 21:57 stating the delivery was postponed until next day, with no option to change the delivery address or select times this has become a real time-waster.

Update: 27.11.2020. To be fair, I was refunded the shipping cost and there was an agreement made to change the delivery address (and company as they do not deliver to my home postal code) (thank you Hanne!). However, the item has now been sent to a pick up point that is neither the town that I work in, nor my home town. In trying to remedy this, I have been told that I need to go to that pick up point to collect. Hopeless

In Denmark you typically get products within 2 or 3 days after ordering, and it sometimes happens that a package shows up the next day. So I was disappointed to order from KitchenTime and get email saying they estimate shipping in three weeks. I'd prefer I was clearly warned prior to ordering that I'd be waiting longer than a week.

Delivery was very quick and smooth. The box was deeply cratched at one place, but it did not affect the microwave inside it, so at the end it was all good. I am very happy with the purchase, the microwave looks even better than in the pictures!

Quick delivery, carefully packaged and so far so good! No complaints. The bowls look nice and sturdy, although they are quite lightweight! Time will tell..

Very good description, very good information, but Danish design is not enough. "Made in China" must be mentioned in the description of the goods. I do not want to buy Chinese goods anymore. I want to buy made in France, Denmark, Sweden etc. Thank you.

Good service - arrived on time

I ordered 3 OBH Nordica Mælkeskummer Café Crema on the 17th of april — that's two and a half week ago. Still have not been shipped. Let's see if Kitchentime will ship before a full month has gone by.
18th of may: Still not shipped. They did not make it within a month. I doubt they will achieve their goal of becoming the online leader of kitchen supply delivery.
25th of may: 5 weeks have gone by and no shipping.
Buy your kitchen stuff somewhere else!

fast and ........

Very poor service.
I orderd a Magimix Lid a month ago, it still has not been shipped. Today i got an email that it is delayed, without any reason. Truly terriable.
I can not find a customer service phone number anywhere and they do not answer any of the messages I left on the customer service page.

I Recommend to stay away from this website.

I was about to purchase when I realized that their delivery cost is much higher than other websites (with the same delivery companies...), so I never completed the purchase. A moment later I received an email that was "thanking me" for signing up for their newsletter ( which I never did)... I had to block the sender as there was no option or button to "unsubscribe" (even though, there should be one). Because of that, I am not sure I would trust this website to buy anything in the future.

The shipping took 5 working days instead of 1-3 days as it is written on the website. As it was for a present and I received it too late, I had to return it.

It seemed like the form Return doesn't work. I filled it in two times but nothing happened within 2 days. And only after my third attempt when I wrote to the Customer service I received a return label.

Return shipping took 15 working days. After that 10 working days more until I finally got the money back. All in all returning process took 5 weeks.

It just don't arrive - and customer service not keen to fix the issue
I ordered my package more than one month ago, but still havent received. On the productpage it said 2-3 days.

I have been writing with customer service for the last 14 days, but they are still not sending the package. Apparently they already sent the package, but to the wrong address, and are awaiting the package to arrive back at their warehouse. I can't see how this is my problem, and they can just as well send a new package.

I'm still in the process, but patience is running low. If however I'll receive the package within the next few days, I will upgrade my feedback with one or two extra stars, but for now, I'm very sceptical.
