Agree with the worst customer service ever!
We ordered a wine rack back in the beginning of August (the 4th) and received the item on the 13th of August. Everything was fine and dandy until we noticed a broken stick in the package, so the rack could not be assembled.
We wrote an email to KitchenTime support to get the missing stick sent to us. They wrote back and assured us they would talk to the supplier and get them to send the missing stick.
Long story short and a lot of emails back and forth, we never received the missing stick.
The really bad customer services appears by the fact that KitchenTime does not follow up on anything at all and it seems like they have no communication skills to save their life.
I must have received ten emails with the message:
We have contacted the supplier.
Have a nice day!
In the end we fixed the broken stick ourselves by contacting a carpenter and paying him to fix it.
Worst customer service ever.

We have been informed by supplier that they were unable to deliver the stick to the address as it seems that you have moved. If you still want the stick shipped to you, you are welcome to contact our customer service and provide them with your new address.

It has now been almost 1,5 month ago that I ordered 4x glass containers from a brand called House Doctor on KitchenTime.dk, and I still haven't received them yet. Firstly, it is incredibly hard to get in touch with their customer service. They don't have a phone for me to call to, and their contact form sometimes doesn't work.
When I finally did get in touch with them, they kept saying "oh, it will be here in this week" - uhm, spoiler: no, it didn't.
The only reason I'm not taking legal action is because as for as I can see on my bank account, they haven't withdrawn any money. Still terrible customer service.
I don't recommend anyone to buy from this site.
