Horrible customer service
My parcel was lost, which I found out myself after waiting more than two days for a customer service reply. The correspondence afterwards consisted of copy/paste replies over several days, containing the same answer, even though I asked for a new item to be sent.
I have asked for my money back and will not shop at kitchentime.dk again.
