Terrible
The delivery. Using DX who just don't do what they say they will.
I can't comment on the product as it hasn't turned up.
They have offered to chase delivery but not got back to me and made no difference.

Tin tray
I ordered a tin tray which had been discontinued and was happy to eventually get one on this site! The delivery was fast and the items arrived excellently wrapped.

After looking into this for you, we can confirm that your parcel was dispatched from our warehouse on the 20th of November and was marked by the courier as being out for delivery on the 21st. We’re unsure why it has not reached you yet, but we are now urgently following this up with the courier to find out what has happened.
