Still waiting for my order to be shipped, the customer service provided email is not working.
They advertise shipping will be placen in 3 businnes days, after 2 weeks no shipping has been placed.
They should send an status update every week, just as a courtesy.
Poor service, probaby my order will never get shipped.

I ordered from kiteleaf.com and the order was never shipped. I tried to contact the seller via the email provided and the email is not in service and bounces back with an error. Do not buy anything from this store, it's a scam.

Beware
Ordered a custom item for a birthday present. Received a shipment confirmation in a few days. It's been several weeks, I never received the item. The tracking number in the shipment email isn't valid. I went to the company website and emailed the support email address listed, but my email came back undelivered.
