Everything I know about this company is horrifying! I ordered from Amazon, who routed me to this company and I have been waiting for my 5 in 1 stroller for my son and nothing came, this was since August 18 of 2020 and always $79.99. This has has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had to go through. The thing I see is Amazon should be held accountable as well! BBB When contacted passes the buck around and then the company gives false promises. I can't get any help from anyone in this matter and it really puts a damper on online purchasing!

Kiteoks.com scammed me for "$51.98" for the power tool I paid for and never sent. Beware, people, don't patronize this merchant!

I ordered a kayak from this company. I am on a fixed income and the 80.00 was a lot of money for me. There were fake tracking numbers given. After 4 months of back and forth emails I also received a fashion belt. SCAMMERS

My son and his friend saved their money to buy a small motor. This company sent me a fashion belt instead. I complained, they said they would reship the motor, which took weeks. I tracked it all the way until it was on a truck for delivery to my home. Then suddenly it was lost. I have just sent my 81st email to them demanding a refund. They have been jerking me around for months. I looked up the drop box location from where the belt was shipped on Google Earth and it’s a strip mall of “businesses” with all similar ethnic names. Names representative of the country of origin. My kids’ hearts broke when they realized they lost all their money. They worked hard for it doing chores, making sacrifices, and saving. This is utterly despicable. The world is ugly enough without criminals like this preying on innocents.

I ORDERED PRODUCTS FOR MY COMPANY IN AUGUST AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. I WAS GUVEN THE RUN AROUND AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD PLEASE DONT ORDER, PURCHASE, AND PAY FOR ANYTHING IT IS A SETUP.

Ordered a Tesla to J1772 adapter for $79.99 in April, and received a cheap shower cap. We returned it and were promised a refund, but here we are 8 moths later, and nothing. Bankcard co. refused our claim because they actually shipped us something (worth 50 cents!)
Do not waste your money on these scammers! If we could give them negative stars, we would, because these weasels deserve it!

Almost ruined Christmas. Shame on them. I ordered a Barbie Dream House. The only large item for my daughter for Christmas. They sent me a scarf. No more online shopping for me. Now I have to figure out a nice Christmas present for my young daughter with low funds.

STAY AWAY!!!

This is a fraudulent site. I ordered a girls princess trike and they literally sent me a small piece of material that was supposed to be sleeves. I was in disbelief. Thankfully, I took screenshots of my purchase. When I thought something was odd as I hadn’t received any tracking information I became suspicious and begin to look into the site and found this place where so many had been scammed.

At that point I reached out to the card company and immediately filed a report, I took pictures of all misleading tracking updates that never had a location on them and then I took a picture of the package with the tracking number and pictures of me opening it and sent it all in as evidence.

I was just refunded my money after having to wait through an entire investigation but I am grateful as I know many were not able to be refunded.

I ordered a rocking chair and was charged for it !! Never received it! Tracking number never worked! Suspiciously I’m now dealing with fraudulent charges on credit card!
