Was offered advice by Grant that helped choose the wetsuit and size. After paying, Grant kept personally updating the status of the order. Customer service is second to none.
I have used, Volcom, Westsuits, Quicksilver Billabong, Xcel, Sola, Sirocco, O'Neil, Needs Essential, 2XU, Blue seventy, Rip Curl, CSkins and Dakine wetsuits over the last 30 years. I have never had a as flexible or as warm as this one. In 7 degree water I had to take my hood off and then my gloves during a 2 hour surf because I was getting too hot. Its amazing. Even after getting changed I still felt toasty. It felt light and flexible and I found popping to my feet easier than I have for months. Ill be looking for advise on a 3/2 shortly!

I’ve been using Grant’s products and services for a few years now and I’ve never been disappointed. Most recently I bought winter gloves and an Ion hoody. Without any exaggeration, these are the two items that have transformed my winter kiting experience! I can stay out on the water for an hour longer with this kit on! He’s also consistently competitive for new kites and I am planning to take advantage of this with the summer season approaching.

I went back to kitesurf after many years of not practising the sport and Kitesurf Scotland have provided great teaching, support and advice in the best gear to buy. I have bought a lot of gear from Kitesurf Scotland (kites, board, harness) and all has been great. Fast delivery and great quality!

The advice and knowledge you get from Kitesurf Scotland is invaluable. When deciding on type of kites and boards Grant will assess the level you kite at and the surrounding conditions and tailor equipment to suit you. Grant knows his stuff and is always at the local spots to give advice to whoever requires.
Great to deal with keeping you informed of delivery dates. Would not hesitate to reccomend him.

Great advice, impeccable service and a person that goes a million miles to make sure what you buy is right for you rather than just take the cash and smile

Excellent advice about local conditions and help to choose the right equipment for these. You can tell Grant is passionate about the sport and the local watersports community with that coming first and not just about making a sale. Looking forward to testing out my new 7m kite and great knowing the Kitesurf Scotland team are on hand to help with setup and advice.

Can’t recommend them enough! I always wanted to try kite surfing but was always a bit daunted by how technical it looked. Eventually I decided to book some lessons with Grant where I was blown away with how much fun it was (pardon the pun). Grant was great at breaking the sport down in the lessons, making the reality of kite surfing much less daunting than I had initially feared. I’ve since rented from them multiple times, where you always get the best gear and friendly help. Also, I’ve purchased a wetsuit and boots from Grant’s shop where you always get great recommendations and honest advice. 10/10 recommend!

Grant and the crew at Kitesurf Scotland are awesome... They have set up a fantastic kiting community, willing to give advice and help total beginners to experts. Whenever there is wind at Troon or the main beaches on the West coast, you'll see the Kitesurf Scoltand Van full of enthusiasm, looking to help folk enjoy the sea. They have loads of kit you can buy or hire, if you are on the West coast of Scotland, looking for tutition or kit Grant is the man who can sort you out with anything kitesurf or wingfoil.

I bought a replacement kite quiver, 12m 10m and 8m Air Rush Unions, along with a shin ronson board. Kitesurf Scotland gave some brilliant advice whilst I was looking for my new set up, looking at my riding style out on the water and making recommendations accordingly. They also had trial days where I could test out different kites and boards which they stocked which allowed me to make an informed decision on my purchase. Helpful throughout and competitively priced, I would highly recommend this local business for all kitesurfing kit and apparel.

Grant supplied 2 hoodies and a set of DryRobe seat covers. Good price and delivery times for both. Would definitely recommend having a look at his on line shop if you are looking for Kit.

Grant is incredibly knowledgeable with all aspects of the sport. He's incredibly willing to help people out and make sure everyone is buying the right gear for the discipline they are interested in. Have bought all of my boards, kites and wetsuits from him and he's always pointed me in the right direction with everything. Wouldn't go anyone else to buy my gear!
Delivery is stupidly fast!

After taking lessons all over the world 🌎 within two lessons Grant & Aldo had me riding up wind 💨 and then told me I just needed to go kite & stop 🛑 taking lessons! Then when I tore up my own kite that I bought previously they helped me fix it twice!! Over the past two years I have bought 6 kites, a board, lines, wetsuits, paddle-board, helmet, lifejackets, and received nothing but great prices with super fast service! A great 😊 group of instructors with integrity and honesty; this is why I will only buy my kite 🪁 kit from them!

Grant is truly a kiter's kiter and the community that they've created at Troon is awesome. The team are extremely knowledgeable across every discipline and very helpful, whether it's instruction or gear you'll be covered. I love the new Shinn Absinthe and Sooruz Fighter which I got at a great price and super quick (not usually possible in the Highlands 😂) and I can't wait to get back to Troon for another session.

Great shop with excellent products at ace prices. Grant sorted me out with A Shinn Absinthe, Surf Ears, lock box, hoodie, x2 wetsuits, gloves, boots and beanie. Ill be looking for some advanced lessons soon. Troon is the best spot for learning in Scotland with its ideal waist deep water and top class kite instruction. Always a great vibe there with kiters of all ages.
