Let me start by saying this is an Excellent Desk: Stylish, modern, sturdy, and built to last. My preference would have been 2, 4,or 6 single drawers, and not the hanging folders, but this option was unavailable. This was nearly a deal breaker, but I'm glad I went ahead with the purchase, as I've set one side as hanging folders and the other as a junk stash. All drawers are solidly built, and fluid in motion. No complaints at all. I also love the colour and paint finish. The desk arrived in separate packages on a pallet and in pristine condition, and was easy to assemble. Purchasing was easy too, and the Bluespot website was easy to navigate, and payment was hassle free. I was able to talk live via their website, although it did take 17 minutes for a representative to join the chat regarding drawer options. Overall impressions of company and desk based on my experience would be 9/10 and highly recommended.

The Big Negative if you are a home-owner and not a business, and as another user has stated, is that this item comes on a big and very heavy "reinforced" pallet. It is almost two pallets stuck together in an L-shape. Your packages are secured to the uprights and then pallet-wrapped with Polythene. I (masked) unloaded the packages while the driver (also masked) was there, took about two minutes, but he would not take the pallet away….. Because…….. Covid. Yeah right, Covid! Calling b.s. on that one. The driver was polite and courteous, but he stll left me with an unwanted pallet plus scrap. The pallet took 15 or so minutes with an electric drill to unscrew the uprights and cross braces, leaving 10+ pieces of wood, as well as a heavy pallet, which I will now need a skip for, as I don't have a car, and am retired. So, figure in the extra cost and time for disposal, and stripping, et cetera. It was NOT made clear until delivery confirmation and payment already made that this would be delivered on a pallet. I contacted a representative about this (2 minute wait) wondering if the desk was supplied assembled, and why it was pallet delivery. This marred what would have been an excellent transaction, so please be aware of the above before purchasing.

Minus 2 points, Bluespot. Turning a highly recommended 9/10 into a cautionary but still recommended 7/10.

We ordered a 2 door 4 shelf cupboard 1900 x800.
Great product,good quality,easily assembled with relatively good instructions.Lots of extra bits in the packaging which were not needed and may cause some to be a little confused but ours went well.Good service they agreed to email a delivery slot when I asked if it was possible to get one when I spoke to them the day before delivery.As promised they emailed the following day with an eta of 13.00 which ended up being 14.45.Ok you cant always get it right. The down side was we were left with considerable packaging namely euro or a uk std pallet 1000 x 1200.This one had 3 sides built up with wooden off cuts to a metre high.Delivery was left on the drive and being a domestic dwelling we don’t have room to store it and it’s not easy to get it in a small car to take to the tip ( that’s assuming we get an access slot on line).It took an hours work to disassemble the sides ,about 30 screws (most pretty tightly in place ) just to get it off the drive ( open to the pavement and road) and down the narrow side alley of the house.We had asked the driver to take it back with him but he refused.Not very helpful.Would think twice about ordering something this size again if we are going to have to keep pallets etc.

Order was processed quickly and delivered as promised. Quality as expected. Satisfied with vfm. Packaging was damaged on arrival but fortunately desk was not damaged. Assembly instructions, as with most flat pack, need a bit of imagination to interpret.

Good service, great product.

I ordered a desk and pedestal. The pedestal arrived fully assembled apart from handles. The desk needed some putting together; the instructions could be clearer about in which order to assemble things to avoid having to undo and repeat. The items are good quality and I am pleased with them. The experience was let down by the delivery. The order acknowledgement indicated a date, but there was no subsequent confirmation until I rang to enquire. The large truck arrived and left the items on a pallet at the end of our drive, some distance from the house. The boxes and pallet were all very wet, with soggy disintegrating cardboard, on a dry day here. It was very difficult for us to manoeuvre the damp boxed 40kg pedestal into the house - it would have been easier had drawers and frame been packed separately to reduce weight or the delivery team been more helpful.

A screwdriver was not provided. Never happened to me before. I had to buy one.

I was looking for a cool and different office furniture instead of the same old pine veneered furniture and they have a good selection of cool style with all the functionality of the boring stuff. Can’t recommend enough. Buy in confidence. Ordered for next day at my building before 1pm great.

I Ordered the furniture, although some items weren't stocked , had an update from the office, who processed the refund very quickly. MY item arrived within the delivery time suggested. Office were always prompt answering queries. Very Good customer service

I did not get dispatch notification and had to contact customer services. Desk is ok bit disappointing, I mean its not utter terrible but it’s far from being quality. I can’t disagree with other person’s comment that it appears to be cheap chipboard, which is keep together with another piece of chipboard barely screwed together. The desk itself is very shaky and I fear what would happen if you put any weight on it. I did buy the biggest desk so maybe the smaller ones are not so shakey. It replicates the look of an office desk but I am not sure it’s not the quality. I bought 800 ped however the drawer depth is very shallow compared to the size of the ped. I was disappointed with this as they do not tell you the ped depth on the advert. I wrongfully assumed the bigger the ped the bigger the drawer, seemed logical to me but apparently not. It seems bizarre that you would have such a big ped and leave around a third unused. If I knew the smaller ped had the same depth I would have bought it, things also fall out into the back of the ped which is a pain because it’s so deep. They should tell you the depth. Customer services did not seem to care much ignoring most of my comments, I explained they should really note this on the listing for future which they ignored. I was looking to exchange the ped for the smaller one, but they didn’t even entertain the idea. They suggested I would need to pay for the return and would get a price but have not even got back to me. They basically gave me the cold shoulder. They also make you use their courier and I assume the fee is probably high. To be honest I get the feeling they put every barrier possible to prevent you exchanging/returning items. I expected more I could not recommend this company, for the money you would expect a better product and you certainly expect better customer services.

Desk was delivered on time and is excellent value for money. Easily fits laptop and 2 screens.
Only negative have managed to secure 3 sides of table only. Hole for 4th screw nowhere near position required to secure.
Did not make another hole in case table got damaged

I've had a number of uncomfortable chairs in the past. So this time I thought of purchasing an office chair which is designed for longer term use.

We have been using this new office chair now for a week. It is a very comfortable chair and easily better than others I've purchased from Ikea, Staples etc.

The chair is very sturdy and has good back support including lower back support. I think its great purchase. I am also happier buying a product made in the UK. This is a good quality product. Well made.
