I recently received my prescription glasses, but unfortunately, they were the wrong size. I reached out to Kits’ customer service, and they resolved the issue immediately. They were professional, understanding, and assured me that a new pair of glasses in the correct size is already on its way. I’m impressed with their quick response and excellent customer service. I recently had an issue with my optometric office, sending me the wrong prescription, and I didn’t realize, until after I had received both pairs of glasses that I had ordered. iPhone customer service to explain the situation to which they were very kind and gracious toward me and even offered to replace my glasses with the proper prescription at no additional charge! I cannot express how grateful I am for all the help I have received. The experience has been amazing and I probably won’t buy glasses from anywhere else going forward!

I was in desperate need of a backup pair of glasses and in my hurry, I inputted the wrong prescription. I received the glasses I ordered and I knew something was off so I contacted customer service to return the two I ordered and place a new order. Emma was extremely helpful, friendly, kind and efficient in assisting me. She completed my new order with the correct prescription in no time! Very impressed with her customer service, as well as the company.

The glasses are excellent and customer service is spectacular. I had a minor issue with the frame, and they sent me new glasses. Emma, the customer service representative with whom I spoke, was fast, efficient, friendly, and everything was resolved in about 15 minutes.
I will definitely be shopping with Kits again, and will refer anyone who asks.

Fantastic customer service!

I accidentally messed up inputting my RX so when the glasses arrived I thought I received the wrong order (the also included a free gift of sunglasses - which convinced me more the order was wrong lol). Turns out it wasn’t wrong but it was me. Emma was great and fixed the RX right away and now a new pair is in the mail. I’ve never had better customer service. Already told my colleagues and I will 100% order from Kits again!

I loved Kits from my first order and every order since. I made a mistake on my most recent order and Chad was amazing to help me correct it and dealt with it right away! Love the no stress and above and beyond ridiculous customer service!

I ordered two pairs of glasses and wore them for a couple of weeks for my eyes to adjust. After a couple of weeks they didn't seem quite right. I went back and looked at the prescription I entered. I realized that I had one of the axis wrong, I called customer service in hopes that I may be able to correct the error for a fee. I chatted with Chad and he quickly corrected my error free of charge. The phone call lasted less than 10 mins and I am completely satisfied with the service.
