I got my first pair of glasses from here and decided to order more because of how great the quality was.
I discovered that I wanted to change certain information on my new order and when I called, Emma was incredibly helpful and patient with me and made sure she got all my new requirements right. She also sent me a confirmation email promptly so I didn’t have to worry about if my requests were actually processed. I am honestly blown away by the customer service I received. I will be purchasing more glasses from here for sure

Kits’ customer service is second to none and the quality is outstanding.

I adore my glasses and every pair has stood up to being dropped, rolled on, slept on, and left precariously on tables, shelves and sinks.

I recently ordered two new pairs of glasses and sadly I had problems seeing clearly out of them. I called and had the absolute best experience ever with Emma. She was able to figure out what was wrong with them and ordered new glasses to replace the ones that were not working. When I said that I would send the others back she advised that I could just donate them. What a great idea!!! Made things so easy for me.
I was so impressed with the service from Emma and the principles of what Kits stands for. I have convinced my husband to place an order for a couple of new glasses.

I've ordered from kits many times and always been happy, but I just didn't like the two recent pairs I ordered. Talked to Emma and no problem, helped me pick out two pairs that better fit my face and processed everything right away. And when she double checked the prescription turns out one of the first two pairs was an older prescription, so now I know everything has been double checked. Excellent customer service! Great experience with KITS. Shipping was super fast. Glasses quality is great. Prices are very affordable. The pair I ordered wasn’t quite the right fit, a little too big for my face, so I called their customer support to start an exchange. The person I spoke with was so friendly and started the exchange process right away but then informed me that I could keep the glasses I had already received and they would send me the new pair at no cost because they didn’t want their customers to have the hassle of having to get a return together. I will make use of the pair that wasn’t quite right at home and hopefully the new pair can be my everyday pair. Really really happy with my experience and will order from them again in the future.

My customer service representative was Emma, who was pleasant, polite and very helpful! We arranged an exchange for a pair of glasses that I received because I didn’t realize they had nose pads, which I have difficulty wearing. I mentioned to Emma that I had previously purchased the same pair, which I’ve never worn because of the same issue, and she also arranged to have them exchanged as well! I’m absolutely impressed by the quality of service!
