No product sent and no contact! This is theft!

I made an order on Oct 13, funds were taken, order confirmed. Since then there has been ZERO contact, despite my numerous attempts to contact the company! It has been 4 weeks with zero contact or information about a product I have paid for, absolutely shocking service and seems very deceptive.
I’ll be passing this information on to my car clubs and groups. People need to know not to purchase from this company!
Will soon be contacting my bank for a chargeback as I expect it will not be resolved.

Drivers wing mirror

My mirror (within the driver's wing mirror) fell out and smashed. Great that the part was available and dispatched quickly.

Correct Parts arrived within a week

Correct Parts arrived within a week, at a great price.
Bad things are zero payment and order confirmation confirmation.
Also one of the parts, a cam belt tensioner, was such poor quality that it just broke during installation. But I dont think that is the sellers fault
