Got the H4 with the battery for my…

Got the H4 with the battery for my Quest 3. Does not sit nice and snug on your head.

Thought I’d take advantage of the 28 day money back guarantee and tried contacting customer service and got a response asking for a video. What happened to ‘no questions asked’? They have not bothered to respond ever since.

Avoid or as suggested by other users, buy with Amazon as customer service directly is awful!

DONT EVEN START

Basically, customer support is awful.
Was waiting more than month to get my order. Then they don't care anymore 🤭 sound quality is some joke? Original sound is much better, cleaner, easier to use than those "upgraded" audio version strap!
And don't buy case for S3, it won't fit there! But they don't tell it in they're ADS.

Do not order directly!

Do not order directly from this company. The products have good reviews but the customer service is shocking. Absolutely zero communication. If you're going to buy, order from amazon so that you have a way to contact someone if you have a problem with your order. My order was sent via swiship, who said they delivered and left my order behind a bin! I live in a block of flats so there is no bin to leave it behind. The courier either stole the package or left it in an unsafe public location. There are no ways to contact the courier to check the status. And KIWI have not responded to my emails, webchat requests, webform, X or Instagram messages. Just taken my money with no way to find out where my product is or get a refund/replacement. Beware! If you look up swiship here on Trust pilot you can see the almost all 1 star reviews with similar experiences to mine. I'm not sure why kiwi are using them unless it's a scam between them!

Fast deliveries

Cheap, good quality and came in less than a week (I live in Finland) also bought feom meta and that took almost 2 weeks. I've bought twice and both times have been good experiences.

Amazing customer service

We ordered the head strap and it came in 3 days late but they helped with the tracking and it was amazing because even after that it still arrived on time the customer service was amazing the initiative they took to help track down my package was amazing that is why u am giving it 5 stars keep up the good work.

Slow shipping, poor response, buyer beware


Update Dec 2024: Package did arrive about a week before Christmas, so we did not do a cancel. So far, product- a Halo headset and grips- has been fine overall. Still will resort to ordering from them only if absolutely necessary as the shipping and response is slow- they are in China.
Also, there is warning on the package we were not aware of before ordering- proposition 65- for everything.

We ordered a kiwi design set for meta quest back in November 22 2024 and still have not received our purchase. This is a gift for child and Christmas is less than 10 days away!!!!! We have not gotten a straight answer where our shipment is and are starting to believe that our money has been stolen by their company. You can only contact them via email and they are slow to respond- like 2 weeks!!!! When they did respond on Dec 5 they had no clear info on the status of our package. We want our money back immediately if this is not going to get here by 12/22/24!!!!!! Awful customer service.

Slow shipping without any updates but received my item

I ordered the K4 Boost and just received it today.

The wait was fairly long before I received it from the date it was shipped. (3 weeks)

The tracking number was not updated since the day it was shipped. The battery strap just showed up in my mailbox today so the package can be on it’s way even if the tracking number is useless.

I contacted customer service about this issue and I got a response within 24 hours which is quite good. Even though they just asked me to be patient.

Black Friday scam

Filled my Shopping Cart before Black Friday expecting something of a discount when Black Friday would arrive. But instead of a discount, they raised the prices, and the items in my shopping cart are more expensive now, even with the Black Friday "offer". No luck in asking them for a solution. They stopt replying on my messages.

Very good overall

I was not sure what to expect when I ordered the head strap as the company reputation was not great. I ordered it via Amazon and the head strap came within four days (2 days earlier than expected). The head strap is high quality and very comfy and easy to assemble. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a headstrap.

Better than expected

The headband came within a week and they said that it will that 14-25 days. Good product and great service. There are bad reviews from a couple of years ago but they have changed the way of services.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, scammers - returned item, in box, unused and well inside return window. Claiming to have 'lost' the item with no evidence provided - royal mail don't track inside China so I can't prove otherwise unfortunately. Refusing to send my money back as per their written policy and now ignoring me... total scam.

Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke. We ordered two items for Christmas. One was actually fine. The other wasn't what we hoped for, so I went to the website to look at the return policy. It said to email customer service to initiate a return, which I did. They responded right away and said, "You'll have to pay return shipping and this won't be cost effective for you. You should just keep it." Seriously. I then asked how much shipping would cost... and they haven't returned my email. That was a couple days ago. Terrible and unprofessional.

No faults or problems.

2 weeks from ordering to arrival. Which I don't have a problem with, perfectly fine with me.
Good product, no faults found.

(only very slight thing with the head strap I bought is that: I would have liked it to fit a little more firmly on my head)

I was worried at first by seeing these negative reviews, however I optimistically took the chance and nothing bad has happened. 👍
