Going well so far

Hi there, I wanted to come onto Trust pilot to help give others who were in the same position as myself after purchasing. i.e, worried about the reputation of the company because I forgot to check before impulse buying a tonne of cool Oculus gear.

I can say in my experience that I was extremely happy with the customer service team. I purchased the wrong item and the service representative that responded to my email (on a weekend!) immediately refunded that item which allowed me to make a separate purchase for the correct item. Great deals too with the 30% off sale, made it well worth purchasing directly from Kiwi Design rather than Amazon.

In fairness, how long do items usually take when shipped from China to your home country? I appreciate the detailed history I have gotten from the courier service but in all honesty my problem with the mailing lies with Luxembourg post as it has been sitting in their facility for over a week, that's no fault of Kiwi Design.

I'll update this review upon receipt of the items after a quality inspection. Excited to receive it all!

Great Products, Bad Service

I have been waiting over two months for a cable for my Quest 2 headset, with multiple delays (due to stock), and the package getting "lost" in transit, the customer service people are nice but it doesn't feel like I'm getting far with them.
The products I have gotten from them are really good quality and I highly recommend them (mainly the headstrap) but just getting the product is difficult enough

Once you pay you're stuck

Ordered and tried to cancel after almost 9 days of hearing nothing but they told me it was shipped which was a blatant lie because I got a tracking number over a week later telling me it shipped. Got my 3 items and 2 of them are just straight incorrect (for the 1st Oculus).
Emailed them about a return and TEN days later they say yeah, you can return it but you have to pay all costs...They're in China. I'm supposed to be paying to return incorrect items?!
Have over a dozen friends who were hyped at this gear and if it was gonna be worth it.
ABSOLUTELY NOT. You'd have better luck picking an eBay seller by throwing a dart.
Horrible service, subpar products. Ive labeled this company as a scam site in my browser because that's all it is...Looks pretty but it's a scam.

Requested a refund 1 day after…

Requested a refund 1 day after ordering. Followed the process outline in their site to email them. Didn't hear anything for 8 days till I got, your order is shipped email.

A follow up email was sent the day after shipment stating that they were busy and cannot cancel as the order had been shipped.

Pretty pathetic cancellation policy.

Ordered 300 NZD worth of gear to…

Ordered 300 NZD worth of gear to upgrade my oculus a month ago, 1 of 3 things was delivered in decent time but the other 2 items haven't even been sent. Sent numerous emails but all have been ignored. It's a shame as I have 11 different friends and colleagues all asking how the items are because they were looking at upgrading but have had to tell them avoid this company like the plague. Absolute rip off merchants.

Poorly managed shipping system

I purchased an Oculus head strap on Jan 3rd. Item was listed as coming from China. Ad said receipt will "7-21 days". 15 days later received kiwi package from Burlington, NJ containing wrong item. I was wondering if someone at the Burlington packaging center switched out my head trap and redirected an unwanted item to me. After several calls to the distributor, the correct item was finally received to me almost a month from the original orders placement.

I purchased a head strap and face…

I purchased a head strap and face replacement on Jan20th and I realize they said it would take 14-24 days to get it by mail but all I wanted was an update on processing Wich they never did never once did it ever say the order had been processed, might not seem like a lot but I live in a bad neighborhood and a $100 worth of stuff is a lot to me.. 2 emails ignored 3 tweets ignored bad customer service...

Still waiting on my order

Still waiting on my order. Got one email back saying 'they have had so many emails lately' as some excuse then sent me details of a separate order in a different country saying it shipped??

I will ammend this review when (if) my order arrives.

Also they then told me dont worry its shipped but supplied no shipping details because 'the system has not updated yet'

What is going on?!
