I turned to Rent4Keeps to buy a PS5 but I received a call from Kiwiown saying that they had taken over Rent4Keeps, so I started my payments 3rd of December 2024 of $60 a week I did that for 12 weeks thats $720, on the 13th week they took another $60 out (they didn't mention it) so the following week I put all of my money into my savings and they would put $60 into my account and take it out and they did that for a few weeks and then one day I slipped and they took $60 so I did the whole savings thing again, and the next day I received a call from Kiwiown asking if I was aware of my payment not going through I replied with a "yes" and then they told me I'll have to continue paying until mid September or October (I can't remember) that's over $1,200 not including the 12 weeks of payment so I asked what the 12 weeks of payment was for and they said shipping, F#!KING SHIPPING! AND THIS WAS A DIGITAL STANDARD PS5 WITH 1 CONTROLLER! I canceled completely and asked for a refund to this very day I haven't seen a single cent

Rip off. Didn't recieve goods, and 10 months later still waiting for my refund. Very unprofessional!! Emails are excuses after excuses. Do not deal with them at all!! Was told will get refund in 3 partial payments. Recieved one payment of $885, still waiting for $300. It's been 9 weeks since first payment. Lack of communication, no one returns ur calls.

I purchased a washing machine and a dryer. I had to pay 12 instalments. early January I canceled it. had to wait 25-30 days for a refund. (those days have been well passed) still no money in my account for either product. I have rang them every couple of weeks. the keep saying that there having trouble releasing the money, which I think is utter crap.

Purchased vacuum on rent to own contract. Item was supposed to be shipped after 6 weeks of payments. Company says item was shipped yet I never received. They cannot provide the courier name. They are the only 1s who have a record of the tracking number, no courier company has a record of it. I made numerous calls to the company. No one called me back when they said they would. 6 weeks later and I still have not received vacuum and they still cannot not give me a resolution. They keep saying it has been delivered in our system yet have no record or tracking or courier company. I just want my money back now.
