This is my third order from Kiwi Sheepskins company. I have had all good experiences, including this recent purchase. I have been wearing their sheepskin boot/slippers for years, and have now purchased a pair for my wife. I also purchased a set of sheepskin insoles for my boot/slippers to see how they feel. Last week, Kiwi company sent me a note saying my order should arrive today. It did. I am very pleased.

I have two other outdoor boots never wet and so warm . I live in Arctic winter conditions and my feet always warm and so cozy.
I also bought booties to protect my feet from bedsores . Wow they were just perfect as well.
Customer service could not be any better! First class all around.
Prices are great for superior products.

I've bought from you for the last 10 years. Possibly 15 pairs of slippers for the different family members. Your products are top quality and an order has never been lost. However I was disappointed in the new website and that you no longer had my account. I reached out to your customer service and Andy responded very quickly and sent me copies of my old orders. That was above and beyond and I appreciate that. I still had to create a new account but it did recognize me and had my adress and some of my information. So it worked out fine. I'll stay a loyal customer.

First bought sheepskins for my daughters 33 years ago, now I buy them for my grandchildren and any other babies that are in my life! They are the best!

I ordered two lamb wool supposed to be fluffy and large enough to cover the front seat of my car. last year around may now the picture you have of your lambs wool car seat covers on your website you make them out to look good but there crap they aren’t as fluffy as you make them out to be they were skinny and didn’t cover the seat properly I was deceived by your pictures and the price i paid was just under five hundred dollars for crap one of the tie downs come of it was just poor workmanship from your company I will never buy from or recommend your company two any of my friends or business associates as your product is poor quality for the amount of money I paid for them my name is Ted Richardson if your want to look up the order I brought a set of 26mm lambs wool car seat covers in austrlia and paid less for better quality wool I should have contacted your company sooner due to my mother becoming very I’ll as she has now passed I’m able to now attend to this matter as I was unable to before good business comes from word of mouth that’s how I run my business please don’t hesitate to contact me about this matter as I would be happy to discuss this matter with you

I love Kiwi Sheepskin musketeer boots. They are adorable and look really nice, plus they are genuine twin faced sheepskin. I've bought two pairs now.
I did have to contact customer service afterwards, and their handling of my situation was really kind and professional. This is such so important to me. Five Stars

I bought these 2 years ago and wanted to give them a really good go before I gave my review…I love the toe reinforcement and the tread. The tread is amazing in the ice and snow, that was VERY important to me and one of the biggest reasons for purchasing these. Unfortunately after a very short time wearing the boots (a month), the fit got extremely sloppy. I expected a little but it turned out to be extreme. I don’t like wearing socks so that was not the cause of them stretching out and I have very narrow feet. I had to start wearing thick socks in order to keep them from flopping around and causing me to walk weirdly due to trying to hold them on my feet. I waited for four YEARS to finally be able to afford to purchase these boots so I am beyond disappointed. The construction of the boot has held up well and they are SO WARM and with the waterproofing spray I purchased with them, they still look virtually brand new. They were SO CLOSE to being the perfect boot…sadly, I will not be purchasing another pair.

The company is great and had quick shipment. I’ve ordered 3 different times. I will say the quality of my last pair of sheepskin slippers (flexi sole) barely lasted the winter. The inside degrades quickly esp at heal. They need more padding. Seems my first pair lasted several years. I don’t want to buy them every year.

I received my slipper socks promptly but discovered after a week they had a small fault. I contacted Kiwi Sheepskins by email and was advised a new pair would be sent. I received the new pair the very next day!! Amazing service and I am very happy with my new slipper socks! thank you

Ordered the Ultimate Side Laced Tall Sheepskin Boots in mens US 11 for my euro45/uk10.5 feet. Under two weeks later they have arrived without problem and fully tracked all the way. Fit is perfect, snug now and will feel like a custom fit when worn a few days. The quality is excellant and the styling is perfect. Highly recommended.

I bought these boots 11 years ago and have worn them constantly every winter and the bottoms have just worn out. Therefore I am now ordering my second pair…hope they last as long.

I ordered a sheepskin travel neck pillow which took so long to arrive that I didn't have it for my trip. I wrote asking for tracking, never got a response. When I returned from my trip, the pillow had finally arrived and was pretty terrible- there is no curved opening in the design for your neck- its basically a narrow V shape that squishes around your neck and feels itchy (I love sheepskin and never experience it as itchy). I wrote to the company 2 or 3 times to ask about returning and have never gotten a reply to any emails. Poor product and poor customer service. Very disappointing and wasteful.

EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!!!! I want to say that I am not a person who writes reviews even though I do shop online. This review I had to do! I live in Canada and was a bit worried about ordering something so far away as New Zealand. However, I received such excellent service and follow-up from Kiwi Sheepskins that I felt they deserved for me to take my time to comment. Their product is superior and when there was an issue with my order I got quick response and my issue was solved immediately. Andy Dreaver, their representative was so helpful and accommodating, I only wish that all companies handled their customers the way he did. I have beautiful sheepskins that will last for years and the memories of a very good purchasing experience. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. If you are wondering whether or not to try this company, I would not hesitate at all.
