I ordered the Josie slipper in Aug. as quantities ran out when I waited too long last year. I tried them on and set them aside as it was summer in the U.S. My feet must have been swollen from the heat. When I put them on later in the year they were so wide I could put my hand inside the side of the slipper with my foot in it. I saw that other people complained about the width, too. Wish I had read reviews from this site instead of the Kiwi site. I reached out to the company via their contact form and never heard a word back. These are not regular width for women, maybe for a man. I wasted 100.00 USD.

I am still waiting for my sheepskin that I ordered. It was shipped on nov 14 2021at720 pm. Ref number 148330 carrier ref number lx038099628nz I tried contacting them but to no avail thank you other number w145087

I made a huge mistake in my earlier review. (Too embarrassed to go into detail. :-( ). Bottom line: Kiwi Sheepskins deserves your business. Their customer service is outstanding (and I'm not easy to please).

I have purchased 2 pairs of the Kiwi Sheepskins indoor boots, one for me and one for my adult son. We both feel that these are the most comfortable items we've ever worn on our feet! :) They are ridiculously inexpensive for what you get. Service and shipping are great, and the boots, in addition to being incredibly comfortable, are cozy and warm on the coldest of days, yet we can also enjoy them even if it's just cool in the house. The quality of materials and work on the boots is amazing and shows very nice craftsmanship. These are terrific boots. Get their water protection spray as well, to keep them looking fresh. It's great for keeping them looking good. They don't even seem to get dirty with the spray on them. Thanks for making amazing boots! -I think i may order an outdoor pair for this winter as well. Hi great service and delivery time. But I do have an issue with the fold back (I guess that is what it is called) on one of miy slippers. The stitching has unravelled and it's only hanging on by pure luck!

Great slippers! I am a returning customer and will be back again! Appreciated receiving a phone call to confirm the size I required. Delivery time was super quick.
Just a peculiar thing and this would not deter me from purchasing the slippers again. Our carpet is like a crew cut shag pile. The slipper soles leave tread marks all over the carpet. (It does not bother me but some may find tread marks on their carpet a bit of a concern)

I am very pleased with my purchase. I bought my first pair 11 years ago & as they are wearing out, purchased another pair of moccasin style for my wife & myself. Communications were on the mark and my shipment arrived within a week... Well Done

Very efficient every time I order a pair of slippers, even so far as to offer to send me 2 left feet next order (I wear out my left one much quicker than the right, I have a line of perfectly serviceable right foot slippers from the last 5 years; I had a stroke 9 years ago, so the left leg drags, thus the wearing out of the left shoe). Long parenthesis, sorry.Excellent firm.

These were for a gift. I had torrential my son these several years ago and he bought a vacation home and needed a second pair for there. He loves them.

My girlfriend said she usually dislikes winter but can't wait for this one to arrive.

This is my fourth pair of boots. I still have all of them they last forever. It's just I wear them all the time. I even wear the short ones in the summertime, they keep my feet comfortable but not hot. But I tend to be cool natured. They're much more lightweight than uggs. But just as warm and last forever. Definitely worth the money.

Very pleased with Kiwi boots and booties I have purchased over past 4 years. Only issue that arose with my last order regarded sizing. Ordered two pair of booties and boots for twin nieces identically sized. As I was notified that one pair of booties was temporarily out of stock, I requested partial order be sent. It was, and arrived in timely manner. Second pair arrived in acceptable time frame. I was surprised to hear that the booties were slightly different in width. I hope this was a one time anomaly.
Finally, and this may just be my experience, I've found I need to order one size larger Kiwi boots and booties/slippers than comparable Ugg products I bought 15 to 20 years ago.
By the way, I chose Kiwi over other companies because I noted their products were truly manufactured in New Zealand. I don't mind paying a fair price for quality products made by employees receiving fair wages.

A beautiful sheepskin, top quality and the cat thinks the same. Cuddles down into it and am sure he must be so cosy and warm on these freezing winter nights. Delivery was quick, within a few days it arrived to me in Australia.
