I was introduced to Kiya by my friend who was wearing the body oil. I then purchased it along with the vanilla whip many times as I love the scent and texture.
For Christmas my partner purchased the set with the oil, facial oil, whip and perfume and I was delighted. How ever it took weeks upon weeks to come, and whilst I loved majority of the items, I have been extremely disappointed with the perfume. It came separated with what looked like oil and water, I gave it a shake and upon spraying realised it was the same oil consistency of the body oil. This meant the fragrance didn’t last as long as I’d hoped, and when I sprayed it on my neck it stained my T-shirt with a large oil spot that a perfume wouldn’t usually. The product kept on separating in the bottle and I now cannot get the lid off as the oil residue has accumulated around the nozzle and top.
I was really looking forward to having a perfume to match the oil but it seems this is just the oil with some water in a perfume bottle. I’m disappointed with this as well as the very long delivery time, and now since I cannot access the website I will probably go elsewhere for products which is a shame.

I’ve been using Kiya for the better part of a year now if not more. Never fails. I’d recommend giving them time to post the product especially during busy periods like Black Friday but when it arrives it is totally worth the wait. I always keep the travel sized shea butter on me and it is so convenient. The quality is so good that people around suspiciously seem to run out of their own moisturisers and ask to use mine. Couldn’t praise them enough. Customer Service has always been great. My sole complaint (discussed and understood) is that they got rid of the bigger size. Honestly the more the better. Great stuff.

I actually can't believe their powder. I have oily skin - ALL makeup I've ever tried has disintegrated on my skin, especially my nose, usually before I even leave the house. Every concealer, setting spray and primer meant to be the holy grail for oily skin has failed me.

I hesitated when I came across this powder claiming things I've heard before as it's not cheap, but it's an indie brand with basically perfect reviews. F*** it, I thought and went for it. I just wore it out for the first time to my office Christmas party. Full glam face, layers of foundation, concealer, contour, blush. Then powder. No setting spray. 8 hours of a too-warm venue later AND MY MAKEUP BASE LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE WHEN I SET IT. This has never happened before! Oil from my skin normally breaks up all makeup regardless of the claims of staying power (48 hour wear? Doesn't last 30 minutes!).

I'm genuinely gobsmacked. I don't know what magic goes into this powder but THANK YOU!!! I now wanna buy everything on offer!

Love Kiya products.. only downside is they got rid of the red velet flavour for the cream and the bigger tubs for the cream and nourishing oil! Please bring back family sizes!🤞🏽

I’ve been using the Sweet Nourishing Oil & Rejuvenating Serum for just over a week and would highly recommend. A little goes a long way, the oil smells incredible leaving my skin feeling moisturised throughout the whole day. The serum has improved my complexion, I feel I have a healthier glow & would definitely repurchase both products. 10/10

Loveee everything about these products. Have been using them for years and can’t live without. Always kept my skin moisturised and smoothed, they smell amazing. Only sad part is I miss the bigger tubs of shea butter and liquid black soap option!

Kiya Cosmetics offers good-quality products, but my experience was mixed. While I liked some items, others didn’t fully meet expectations. Their natural skincare and haircare options are appealing, and the website is easy to navigate. However, I feel the products could be improved in certain areas. Overall, a decent choice but not perfect.

The only body cream I’ll buy. It’s silky and absorbent. Delivery is always reliable! great, young brand, I hope Kiya continues to excel

I have been using the body oil for a few months now and I am always happy to repurchase. I normally have to use double moisturiser to actually not get ashy through the day, but since I started using this product, I never have to worry about getting dry skin through the day. Plus - it smells lovely.

This oil smell gorgeous and sinks into the skin beautifully. My only criticism is that the top was not secured with any tape or cling film so the bottle leaked. This is something to consider for future packing.
