One of the few shoes I can wear without pain.

Due to my foot size and shape and my weight, I have had a lot of trouble finding good shoes. I have purchased or sent back about 25 pairs of shoes in the past few years. I can't bend over to tie a shoe, and the two pairs of a name brand low back slip on are wearing out to the point they affect my knees. A recent hospital trip had a physical therapist note my foot was tilted when walking in my worn out shoes. I had bought a pair of Kizik shoes some months ago, but I had to stand up to reliably put them on so I kept them for just formal occasions.

I decided he was right, that my knees had some trouble with the worn-out shoes. Most of the shoes I'd tried to replace with gave me a lot of pain on the top of my foot, so after a day of wearing I'd give up and give them away. Kizik was not quite as easy to slip on as my worn shoes, but they didn't give me the same kind of pain. I started wearing them all the time and learned to put them on easier. My knees started to feel better, and I didn't get that upper foot pain. My theory is that part of the design to let your heel drop in and pop back up, is the upper part is a little taller than most shoes.

I bought another pair of the same type in a darker color as a backup. I've been using them for over a month, and they are the only new shoes I've been able to use in the last 5 years. I'm a fan. They make a nice wide version of the shoes that fits, and does not deliver the pain of cheaper shoes. I'd bought another popular advertised brand that also has a collapsing heel, but they gave me problems, and I sent them back. Love these, don't change the design, they work well for a hard to fit customer.

Not worth the price, returned but didn't get money back. Stay away.

We bought the first pair - the size was not right, so we had to order a pair half size smaller. The second pair arrived defective, but the size was correct. I had to return it. Note that each return is $15 since we are in Canada. I ordered the 3rd pair - it sits differently and is not comfortable. So the first two pairs, we shipped back and got refund confirmation - I have not seen the money after over three weeks. For the 3rd one, we are afraid to send it back as we have not received money for the first two—almost $400 experience and no shoes to wear. I don't recommend this company.

EVERYONE NEEDS A PAIR OF KIZIKS!

On my second pair even though the first pair are going strong! Durable, stylish, and SO EASY!! I wont wear other shoes. Why should I when these are WAY BETTER?!?!😎 I step into them and GO! LIFE CHANGING!!! I knew they'd be convenient, but didn't know just how much better my shoe application experience could be. It sounds like I'm joking....I'm not. I LOVE these shoes. My clover Vegas shoes are in the mail, and I'm excited!!!!😍😍😍

Total waste of $100+

I was so excited about these shoes! They are easy to get on and off. They aren't particularly attractive, but that's okay. The real problem is that the right shoe is shorter than the left one. I normally wear a size 10. They suggested ordering a half size larger. So, I ordered a size 10 1/2. The big toe on my right foot rubs against the front of the shoe, which is painful after a few minutes of wear. I thought they would 'break in' after a while. Unfortunately, they have not. I hate to throw away such an expensive pair of shoes. But...

Not worth the price

They are easy to slip on and off. It took a few days to sort of break in the toe part of the shoe. My biggest complaint is 3.5 months after getting them I have a literal hole in the toe! I absolutely expect more from a $100 shoe. I will not be getting more in the future.

Disappointed in workmanship and Kizik policy

The pair of Kizik shoes I originally wanted were not in stock. The employee my husband spoke to suggested the Women’s Vegas. He did purchase them for me. They are a very hard and rubbery shoe. But since I wore them outdoors, Kizik will not let me return them. This is a shoe that is so uncomfortable I can never wear them. If you are considering Kizik know you cannot try them on, the return policy is not good, and customer service was not helpful as well. DO NOT BUY THE WOMENS VEGAS unless you want a feeling of clomping around a field.

Not comfortable, but they do slip on and off good

Just got these for xmas, not comfortable at all - no memory foam innersole and no arch support. Like walking in old docksiders. Feet hurt walking in them after a few minutes. The collar need more padding, too as you can feel the slip on frame through the slight padding. I have 20 collar walkers that are much more comfortable. They do slip on and off easy as advertised but, what's the use if they have zero comfort built in. Will try to get some Dr Scholl's inserts to see if they help. The do look cool.

5 stars for ability to quickly slip on but it's downhill from there…

5 stars for ability to quickly slip on and off.
4 stars for appearance and comfort.
2 stars for construction and materials.
1 star for customer service...it's horrible.

Ordered my first pair just to see what "hands free" shoes would be like. We don't wear shoes in the house, so it's on, off, on, off all day long.
I was really happy to get these shoes and try them out. They're very comfortable, good support, and very easy to slip into when I'm standing (not quite as easy when I'm sitting).
Husband thought they were pretty cool, so I ordered the same Lima for him in a darker grey. Since they never arrived, it's hard to say what he would have thought.
Appearance: the Lima looks pretty much like any casual shoe, which I appreciate. No weird silicone stuff on the heel, just a nice pair of grey sneakers. Reviewers said to order a half size up, so I did. They fit great.
Materials: Here where I'm definitely not pleased. Reviewers complained that the materials don't last well at all, and I can see I'll probably have the same problem. The body of the shoe is a stretchy material that's going to wear out fast; a hole will ruin them.
Customer Service: Why Kizik won't get another $150 from me: it takes them 10-12 minutes to get with me on a chat session from their website. It takes them 10 minutes to respond when I call. No one seems to know exactly where orders are or when they're out the door.

Giving the company and these shoes 2.75 stars, and they only get that because the shoes are easy for me to put on without bending over to tie them.

I just don't anticipate they'll be easy to put and take off for long, and that's a big disappointment for sneakers that cost $150.

BUYER BEWARE If youre a Canadian purchaser dont…

If youre a Canadian purchaser dont bother with KIZIKS.
They overcharge for duty ( 2x the actual duty rates for footwear), they dont do exchanges for Canadians but dont disclose pre purchase!
There sizing is way off & runs very small....so youre screwed if fit isnt appropriate.
basically paid 177$ cdn and on return you get charged a 15$ service fee ( even though there sizing scale way off) and you lose you duty fees ( unless the customer jumps through weeks & weeks of paperwork with canadian govt in attempt to recover some of the 40$)
net pay 177$, recover 122$!! Just a joke & expensive lesson.
Also dont be fooled. They DONT disclose the impact to you if youre a Canadian customer!!
Buy your stuff in Canada & certainly not from KIZIK

This is a scam!

This is a scam!
The parcel got lost (apparently, they haven't been able to provide any evidence it even existed from the beginning) and they only wanted to refund 40% of the cost. After weeks of discussions back and forth they offered a 60% refund.
So - did I pay for something that never existed?! Needless to say, I've reported this company to law enforcement.

I'm struggling with Kizik shoes

I'm struggling with Kizik shoes. They're comfortable and easy to put on, so I've just ordered my third pair. The first pair wore out way too quickly. The second pair I ordered were too light in color (my mistake), and got filthy dirty during everyday wear. The third pair was supposedly delivered to our house by DHL (the worst shipping organization), but were not there even though Kizik emailed me that they had been delivered. No tracking number, no customer service on Saturday, no human at DHL other than an endless, lifeless algorithm. Either they get my shoes to me ASAP, or I get my $$$ back.

Poor shipping protocol

While the shoes appear to be good value, the shipping container was a bust. I've never seen a company ship the way they did. They ship in the actual shoe box (no outer box). So everyone knows what the product is. That means people passing by your house with the 'shoes' clearly identified on your front porch. If you plan to buy these as a gift, you better get to the front porch before the intended recipient does. These were a gift for my wife, and she saw and retrieve the box from the porch. Knowing exactly what they were. Good news is I saved money and time gift wrapping. A total disappointment!

Amazing shoes

Amazing shoes, very comfortable and as promised, not bending to tie the shoes and they look good, very comfortable. When I am walking the dog and need to grab shoes quick, these are as fast to put on as my slides and more comfortable for that walk. So excited. I don't know that I will wear very many more shoes from now on. Love these!
