Kristian’s communication was excellent. I had an issue with the booking so I emailed & he sent a WhatsApp almost immediately helping to resolve it. He was friendly on drop off & checked in during the week I had the tools to see how things were going. Will definitely use this company again.

Very helpful. Message on a Saturday afternoon to hire a whacker plate, and KJB responded instantly and within half an hour I had the whacker and was on with my job, will definitely keep KJB in mind for all my future jobs that require plant hire

I Have never hired a Mirco Digger for personal use before only for work related jobs which was mainly HSS (Over 10 Years Ago) but they haven't got anything on KJB the service from start to finish was top quality even if I booked my order out of their delivery zone they still proceeded with my order and helped my out the all round experience was 5 star ... and even when the delivery driver needed assistance to get digger off the garden and onto trailer I couldn't say no.

If you want to Hire Plant Hire in and around Derby/Nottingham (Or Chesterfield In My Case LOL) go nowhere else.

Rang up in a rush on the bank holiday Friday in need of a micro digger which needed to be tracked through our house due to poor access to the garden. KJB managed to get one out to me the next day, quick phone call and easy to sign contact. Dropped off clean and ready to go, great communication for drop off and collection times and a mid hire message to make sure things was going okay 👌

Hired the Billy Goat Aerator from KJB and put to work on almost 3 Acres over a bank holiday weekend. Excellent machine and perfect experience with KJB.
