Excellent lamp purchase …

I purchased 2 lamps and am absolutely thrilled with them.
They did take a couple of weeks to arrive. I contacted them by email and they responded very quickly.
I have read some of the bad reviews and did panic that it was a scam!! However it definitely isn’t and I am really pleased with my purchase

Good experience

Good experience
Despite the reviews on here, my experience was great. The product took a couple weeks to arrived, expected, but customer service was helpful towards my inquiries. Product is very good looking too!

100% SCAM

After a full month, my order is still in the exact same location in China. Every time I asked what the status was I was given a different answer... first they had a miscommunication with the courier, then they had a warehouse fire, etc etc. Each time they assured me it was "now on its way!" but it was a lie every time. This company is 100% a scam.

Because we are a small business, we sometimes face delays due to lack of manpower & logistics companys being backed up on shipments. Placed an order on August 11th - never got my products

Placed an order on August 11th - checked 20 days later, order had still not arrived. The address has hours that it keep 8-6pm and when I requested proof that they had delivered the order to the address they sent me photos (of the package) in front of the place it was supposed to and handed to a staff member. However, on their shipping confirmation, it clearly says it was "apparently delivered at 8pm" which is outside of open hours. They lied and tried over to cheat me out of money. I will process this failure to deliver with my credit card company./

Hi CC - we do not have a physical address and our open hours are the hours that we reply to emails as we are a small business and cannot be checking emails 24/7. Those opening hours do not correlate with when couriers deliver items, they are separate. I hope this makes sense. Placed my order
Took my payment in full on 2nd of October
Never sent me a receipt email or tracking number
Chased them
Finally got a tracking number
Package delivered today 1st November
Wrong product
Wrong colour
Ordered two and got one
Quality is rubbish in comparison to what is advertised

Have asked for a refund
Can already tell I won’t get it
Don’t go near this company it is a scam

Hi Adam - you ordered a Luminious Elegance lamp with which we have the reciept for and claimed our reciept was wrong, our system was wrong, and the platform (Shopify) we used was wrong because you deemed that you actually ordered our Crystal Lantern. We can't edit the reciept we get nor can Shopify ever miscorrectly identify an order a customer made. This
mistake never happens and you are the only customer that has claimed all of our proof is incorrect and you are the correct one. We would still like to rectify this situation and would love to offer you a replacement / refund. But I hope it makes sense where we are coming from and how this situation is incorrect on your end as well.

My order took 26 to arrive and it stopped working after 6 weeks

My order took 26 to arrive ( they quote 5-9 days on their site ) and even worse only last six weeks before one lamp just stopped working despite me paying £97.

I approached them about a refund, replacement or repair they said no and simply referring me to their returns policy which states that they only accept responsibility within 30 days.

The lamps look nice but they have not customer service and I notice they haven't even responded to the poor reviews they have previously received. Do not buy from this company under any circumstances!

Item not delivered and no communication whatsoever is possible

These guys claim they sell household lamps. Two weeks and still not delivered. The Contact Us links on their website and on their confirmatory e mail do not work. I received a "On it's way!" notification four days ago. However, when I click on Track Your Delivery, no information is given. This site seems either a scam or a very badly run business.
