I was told more then a week ago that my order was on its way, great I thought I’m going to get it on my promised delivery week. Last week on received this Email asking me what I thought, my reply is simple. You told me I would get a call from the company chosen to deliver my order I’m still waiting. I have no contact to this delivery company. If it’s like the last time it will just turn up. Which is no good to me as I live in a rural area where I wil probably find the guy delivering my windows will refuse to drive down my lane, not a happy customer..

Everything was good
Everything was good. But the delivery guy left the delivery on main road and didn’t deliver handles but I have reach out to customer service and it has been sent after few days.

Very poor customer services
Very poor customer services - I received an incomplete and damaged order, contacted Klar many times about this, however, they are either non-responsive or send holding responses such as "i am still waiting for an answer".
I'm now in the first stages of legal action against them.
This is particularly disappointing, I have spent about £10,000 with Klar to date and the windows themselves have been good quality until the issue with my last order.

the manager made a size mistake in my order
agreed color option was finally rejected
time delay 1.5 months
ordered on the week 17 2025, delivery was agreed on week 26 2025 latest, now they announced that beginning / middle of august
so, 3.5 months since the order date if they still deliver
do not recommend because of the total brainf-k this organization provides

Very good service.
Very good service. I was particularly happy about your representative's offer to send me an email confirming the details of your bank in Lithuania. And your IT system made sure he had my email address at hand without me telling him (nice detail!).
The one thing I am slightly unhappy about, is that your system never "warned" me (as far as I can remember) that the bank transfer was supposed to go to a non-Norwegian bank (I only became aware of this AFTER the order was placed).
This made me wonder if perhaps your system had been hacked, and someone was attempting to fool me into sending the money (just over 100k) to another entity.
