Sales staff very friendly & helpful.
Massive reductions on great quality items.
I bought a black long coat & a lovely blue jumper with black lace sleeves.
Soft fabric & sizes accurate too.

We identified a dress in store my wife wanted but they did not have her size as it was in the sale. Staff were very helpful and honest over the one in store being too large and suggested checking online.
Ordered online 2 x dresses and she is happy with both.
Free delivery was on time.

Carly in Klass was amazing. Helping me to choose an outfit for a wedding. She encouraged me to try something outside my usual choice and it was perfect. She took a lot of time and patience with me

Klass has changed my life. Weight is a problem but with your clothes and the large sizes you do looking good is no longer a problem.

Excellent customer care in the ALvervalley garden centre shop, went in very stressed about getting an outfit for my daughters wedding , within half an hour got a whole outfit , tHe shop assistant even found me my shoes and bag on the internet ,when I was paying I got very imotional,she couldn’t do enough for me she is a credit to the company

The colleagues were really helpful and friendly,not the best selection available,however the service I received,and with the advise of the colleagues,I am shopping,online as well

Ladies shirts.lovely but you have to go a size bigger because they are on the small size.good service l would recommend them

I am disappointed to be writing this review but feel I need to.
Absolutely love this store and the beautiful clothing at my local garden centre.
I am usually greeted and served by such lovely staff who cannot do enough to help.
Unfortunately I needed to return an item today that didn’t fit and was served by a young lady that in my opinion severely lack’s customer service skills.
There was no greeting, very minimal eye contact, and no manners. I explained the garment didn’t fit and I didn’t think there was a larger size. The lady immediately continued with a refund which on this occasion I wanted but she didn’t ask if I would like an exchange or check sizing.
Not once did the lady use a please or thank you or smile.

Having worked nearly all my life in customer service I feel very strongly about pleasant customer service.
Maybe I expect too much but it’s one thing that keeps me coming back. This is the second time I have been served and treated the same way by this lady.
Her name wasn’t visible and I chose not to speak up in store as there was another customer behind me.
The lady is the youngest member of staff I have seen in store, maybe some customer service training is needed

Staff in store are friendly and helpful. Returns are not a problem; useful when returning online orders.

I discovered this brand when they opened an outlet in the new garden centre near me. I now have quite a few tops and trousers! I love the quirky, bright colours of their items. In my VERY late 60s and not a size 10 (or anywhere near it) and had given up ever being able to get clothes that fitted yet were different. I know what size I am in their clothing and I know it will fit, no ifs, no buts. Oh and the stretch! Easy to get on but then easy to wear without going up a clothes size.

Returned a item to outlet with no problem,so buy online without the worry of paying for return postage if not suitable.
