Staff didn't want to serve
In the Roman clothing section we were treated very rudely, being ignored by the 2 women supposed to be serving who clearly just wanted to gossip with each other. Both my husband and had I tried to catch their eye without success. When I was able to but in I was spoken to very rudely. I tried to make a complaint and was told someone would ring me but they haven't.

Friendly and helpful telephone employee. Love my purchase.
A very friendly and helpful young lady dealt with my purchase on the telephone. As an older person I prefer to deal with an actual person rather than on line purchases. Love the cowl neck eyelash jumper purchased. I had already bought one from a Klass outlet so wanted more. Would have purchased others if all colours in my size hadn’t sold out.
