I shop everywhere really
I shop everywhere really. I think klass has changed their styles on some products that catch my eye more because of style and colours. Every item I’ve loved and they are well made and very reasonable in price.
The girls are always very friendly and so helpful..

Need to check sizing
I ordered online, I am usually size 14 but the dress was enormous. I returned it to Burleydam Garden Centre, Ellesmere Port. They had a 12 in stock which I tried on and that was also massive, they didn’t have a size 10 so had to get a refund, I was gutted as I wanted it for Christmas.
The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble for them.

I bought multiple tops but others didn't suit so returned them . Refund showed up later in day via email
Good service, definitely recommend.

Money well spent.
I went to the Klass store and found a top that I really liked but they did not have it in my size so i came home and went online. Not only did I get my top but two other jumpers as well. I have added Klass to my regular online stores.

Great customer service
I saw a jacket in the local Klass shop but they didn’t have my size. They were very helpful and directed me to the website. I found what I wanted, ordered it and received it in 2 days. Great customer service all round.
