The member of staff who dealt with me…
The member of staff who dealt with me was very pleasant and courteous and made me feel welcome and I left feeling that that was a shop I would come back to not only because I love the clothes but I was treated with dignity and respect.

First Klass service in Banbridge Outlet
I liked a top in the Klass shop but I needed a smaller size. The assistant, Margaret, checked if there was a smaller size in the next delivery. Unfortunately there wasn’t so she gave me the name and code of the top and the Klass web site address. I ordered it when I went home and received it 3 days later. It fitted perfectly. First Klass service.
