I bought a dress from Klass and when I arrived home I tried it on and decided it didn't suit me, when I returned to the store I could not find the receipt but the lady was very helpful and allowed me to exchange it for a gorgeous blouse that was the same price as the dress. The store had received a delivery of new stock and I ended up buying a skirt as well. I have quite a few items bought from Klass I find the quality is second to none and the prices are very reasonable.

This in store shop is very nice. Clothes are displayed really well and assistants are very helpful. Purchased some cropped trousers to go with a Bardot Klass top I had ordered online. Both changing rooms were occupied so I bought and tried on at home knowing I could return/ exchange or refund. Garment fitted very well so pleased with purchase.
