We visited klass in Llandudno today and was greeted by a very happy smiling lady, she welcomed us into the store with our fur kids (dogs.
She was very helpful , friendly and attentive to us and nothing was to much trouble, she looked really smart but quirky at the same time , a breath of fresh air
Her name was Mandy and she is a credit to your store and business.5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ customer service ,we will definitely be back thank you ! x

Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service. I bought a dress for my son's wedding yesterday and popped back in today to see if they had a matching jacket. I mentioned to the lady that there was a jacket in Roman, which is just opposite Klass, but I couldn't check that it was a good match as Roman don't do refunds, only credit notes. The lady was so nice and said that she'd bring the dress with her over to Roman so I could see. There was absolutely no benefit to her or Klass for doing this, but she wanted me to find the perfect outfit for the wedding. I will definitely be shopping in Klass again. I only wish I could remember her name as I'd love to give her a name check. That is the way to treat a customer. 5 🌟
