I have an account with klever that I haven’t used for about six months. I was trying to access the telegram chat. But at the bottom it said admin has restricted my use. I seen there was a newer live chat. I entered asking how I can access the the main chat. He asked if I was a member said yes, and wanted me to access my account using the phrase password. After doing that he said I had a balance of $1850. Said I could receive this but needed $275. To release it I paid it. Long story short, he came back and said it wasn’t enough because of fees. This continued he said that the fees I paid would be added to the account amount. The payment source was bitcoin. On this day and week bitcoin was really climbing. Every time I paid what the fee he would say because of the delay in transaction time that bitcoin was going up and needed to increase the amount. The last payment I could afford was $500. He stated that this would be the last, however he said that same thing after each payment. Well I just got my retirement pay it eventually got to a point where I couldn’t make a payment. I tried to discuss what I had to do to complete this. He said another $750. I didn’t have it as a matter of fact I didn’t think I even had enough for the month. I had $200. In my account, I was furious and started having chest pains. Because I didn’t have the money to complete this my only choice at this time was to walk away. Needless to say I didn’t have enough money to even buy food or pay my scheduled bills.

Klever wallet is a joke and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to download it or use it. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is poor they just tell you anything and never answer or address your concerns. And the party they affiliate with, named moonpay for you to sell and cash out your crypto, is a joke as well. Just sucks that I will be losing my money I may as well just delete this app. You’ve been warned!

Hi. My son has a klever wallet and is trying to upgrade to a K5 so he can withdraw funds but when he tries to bring across the values from the klever wallet to the updated k5 wallet by adding accounts the balances are zero! Please help. We are worried this is a scam!

I have been trying to contact klever as I want to make sure my wallet is legit. I invested a small sum to see if it works. I'm convinced its a scam as the money I supposedly made is very high. I tried phoning and I got a message saying this number doesn't exist. I've sent 2 emails but yet to get a reply. I worked through a trader with number +16282526542 and want to find out how legit he/her is or is it just another scam. He said before I can withdraw funds I have to pay an amount to upgrade my wallet which was not explained to me prior to my initial investment. This lack of transparency was a red flag and I can not take hime seriously.

Unfortunately, I have to say that Klever Exchange is a platform to avoid at all costs. Over the past year, I've made several withdrawals from this platform, and almost every time, there was some sort of issue. Most often, I had to wait for weeks for the problem to be fixed, which meant I had no access to my funds during that time.

To make matters worse, when I finally managed to contact their customer support, they weren't able to resolve my issue. Ultimately, it turned out that the only solution was to cancel my transfer and try again. This resulted in me losing a lot of money because I couldn't make the transactions I needed.

I have accounts on several other exchanges, and I've never had similar issues anywhere else. It's an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, especially when you're trying to manage your finances.

If you have the option, I would definitely recommend staying away from Klever Exchange. There are other, more reliable platforms out there that offer better customer service and don't have these sorts of problems.

I tried to do a withdrawal they claimed my account was illegal and then charged me 4 fees after paying everything never got a penny . Basically why would I pay 9000 to get 9000 back total scam stay away

It's a scam I cancelled a order.they didn't refund my money it's a cold heart scam so cruelly cold

Great coin, exelent wallet app, safe. Good customer support. Just exchange could be better. Note: wallet is good only for klever or swap.

Klever wallet needs to block trongrace for its app . Trongrace is a smart contract that is operating a Ponzi scheme more than 88000 investors have lost thier money .

Horrible glitch filled software. many times I couldn't even log in to make critical trades. Then they stole my money, delisted two coins I was holding without even an email and kept the funds. I eventually gor one back (after months) but the other they still have. don't waste any time on this dead-end project. exchange and wallet rubbish.

I have been dealing with this place for a while and nothing but bad the products that they sell or garbage they last maybe a week I ended up throwing the stuff away because of it and now I can get my money back because of that $51 that they stole I have been trying for the last week trying to get my money and some other money that they finally got me after about 3 months this is not a good place to deal with it everything they sell is junk I would not buy from here if I was you but that's your that's on you I've already dealt with it I'm just trying to save you the trouble every single thing I got from a shirt that was 6X coming it was about a small I mean where do you get 6Xl shirts it's a small or maybe a large I could not wear it my big man so I need 6xl fair warning I just tried to get my $8 off of there and it's like that's not where I put it I bought something with my money and they fight me because they want me to spend that money there and I don't want to I want my money back and they will not send it back and they took my $51 and won't send it back they said that this policy you know that they didn't have pictures well I didn't throw the garbage in the garbage where it belongs so now they're going to steal my money from me no and I bought this stuff honestly off of my money off my card and they want to play games and take my money I would not deal with him if I was you I would stop buying that stuff it's garbage whatever it is it will break I promise and the clothes are not the same size as what you think it's not from the US it's from Brazil or somewhere or China or however where it comes from China people are small people so that's how they figure I guess they figure six exes like a medium or large stay away from it if you just like wasting money go ahead that's where that's your best place to waste it everything you're going to get his garbage I've been waiting on these things for 3 months and now they just telling me just yesterday that I could not get it because it was out of stock but I've been waiting for the product for 3 months but now they're telling me they don't have it and like I said everything else they got it's no good so probably what I was going to get that they canceled on me it's probably no good too so good luck you deal with them have you I hope you have better luck tonight I have
