You can always check if your transactions were executed using Tronscan. Our app runs directly on the blockchain. Probably the problem you're experiencing is just related to the token filter that isn't displaying your currency by default. Use the filter to search for and activate your token.
Great coin!!! Great investment!!!!
I've had the app on my phone for over 2 weeks. It's easy to use and I can buy using my debit card or credit card. It's going to stick around and the price is rising nicely. I bought 50k so I'll just hold.... I've been playing in the crypto world for about 4 years now. Great coin!!! Great investment!!!!

I made payment of 595 usd for KLV token…
I made payment of 595 usd for KLV token on klever app.
Received 2 emails,
Payment processed
2- KLV token on its way.
After waiting 3 hrs got an email asking if i have received the token if yes click on the link, if no contact support. After generating a ticket for token not received. After an hrs time received an email stating payment has been cancelled from Klever, such a poor service. For what reason all this happened no explanation, my amount is blocked at this moment.

Hi Amit! The purchase of coins with a credit card is made through Simplex. Our support team can help identify the problem, but purchase cancellations are always Simplex's responsibility, we don't have access to their system directly.

Klever KLV is SCAM.
To me Klever KLV is SCAM.
If you like to know the reason, I will tell you.
On a certain day, I saw Klever advert on my TronWallet that I can earn 16% profit while sleeping when i stake with KLV. My believe was that i could earn 16% profit everyday. I said okay that will be good for me, so let me give a trier. I download Klever app directly. I open it and found where to swap TRX to KLV. I choose to try with a little, so I found the minimum TRX I can swap with is 62 TRX.
Here is where the first scam began. I swapped 62 TRX to 221.310 KLV. Can you believe that very time I found that I could get more KLV with that 62 TRX on trontrade.io, but I taught to myself that could be their gain.
Second scam. I tried to convert that KLV to TRX so that I could trade it on trontrade.io, but on fortunately over 300 KLV is required to get back 60 TRX.
Third scam. I proceeded to stake the 221 KLV I had, then I found out that it was not 16% as promised, it was 12% and not per day nor week nor month, it is per year. Though I will be able to claim my accumulated reward manual and I must at lease stake for three days before I can unstake.
Fourth scam. As I see the staking reward is too small I decided to unstake after the third day. I unstaked successful but yet I wasn't able to withdraw my 221 KLV back. I was told, I have to leave it in the stake account for another 7 days before I will be able to withdraw it back to my wallet. This is strange, this wasn't said to me before I stake.
Fifth scam. I waited for the 7 days to come to withdraw from KLV stake account back to my wallet to sell it and never buy KLV ever in my live again. I the process to withdraw I saw the withdraw button is now allowed to withdraw. But yet I can't still withdraw. I got an error which says "You don't have enough TRX or energy for this transaction" whereas I have 1.8 TRX on my wallet. I wonder how many TRX will be use for the transaction whereas I never gain 0.1 TRX on staking for the whole days.
I never know what the six scam might be at this moment of writing my review. I know my conclusion to KLV is right. KLV IS SCAM.

All information about the staking was clear. APR are always from annual earnings. Investing is something every investor should research, you probably don't understand enough about blockchains, fees, smart contracts and everything you need to know to trade on blockchain. Perhaps it was more lack of knowledge than our own mistake.
