Constant issues with hot water

Once again, horrible service. No hot water during the weekend and no way to report it or getting it fixed. And no way to know if and when will it be working again. Think twice if you want to rent an apartment serviced by this disgraceful provider.

HORRIBLE company leaving kids freezing!

HORRIBLE company. 50+ apartments in the cold because of ignored heating issues (including families with small kids). KG states all is working as intended. This situation REPEATS every year no matter how many reports are filed. They simply leave kids freezing. Thinking about renting with Klimaatgarant as a provider? Think again!

They don't answer emails

They don't answer emails, they don't pick the phone!
My experience is related with a simple issue with the sepa payments, but it is impossible to communicate with them.

Follow up: still no reply, still haven't received my money.

Already left a review previously explaining that I have been waiting months for a refund of the subscription that they refused to cancel.

Unfortunately they still have not responded to either my original email, or the new email they asked me write via trustpilot.

Once again confirming it's an awfully run company that does not care about customers or correctly doing business at all.

At this point I cannot call them anything but thieves, since they literally refuse to give my money back.

If you have a choice: stay far, far away from Klimaatgarant.

Try to avoid

Hello. If you are about to rent an apartment and it is serviced by Klimaatgarant, please find someplace else. Unless you are ok with spending several days a month without warm water or heating.

No heating for 1.5 weeks and other things

We do not have heating since Nov. 30 (for 10 days already). This is not the first time smth like that is happening in winter and Klimaatgarant still does nothing. We have a relatively new house (built in 2017), and you do not expect this happening.

In summer, our floor cooling was not working, and we were asked to pay 400 euro for them updating our software to which we, as owners, do not have access! We refused to do so, but it has happened to us at least twice already. Great business model, huh?

It is unbelievable that the company does not bear any consequences and home owners and renters have to experience all the malfunctions several times a year that are not treated seriously.

Absolute utter unprofessional crap

Absolute utter unprofessional crap. I didn't have heating for about a month, so according to Dutch law we are supposed to get a compensation. I've been waiting since January, for a reply or for anything to happen, until a few weeks ago when I finally got an email telling me about how much money I would get back. No explanation on how the calculation had been made, nothing.
After exchanging a few emails, I finally was told that I would get paid, but to my surprise I got almost 90 euros less that what had been promised. Again more calls, and their answer was that people make mistakes.
I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a reply and for someone to actually do their job and figure out why I got paid less. Called, emailed, and the next thing I can do is to actually go to their offices and see why was I paid less.
Except for two people who were always helpful, I find the whole service disgustingly bad. It is so unprofessional that I can't even think of a time where I found anything remotely as bad.

Cancellation confirmation????

I called to stop my contract for heating and ventilation system. I send an email over a week ago, send a second email.... never got a reply or confirmation. I will go out of my apartment, but they are not able to answer emails...

I really hope something will change in this company, because they are too bad for people.

Stole 853 euros after canceling subscription

Canceled my subscription after paying in advanced all the months. Afterwards received a bill for 853 euros out of the blue as if I did not pay 6 previous months plus two months after I canceled my contract and did not even live at the place. Phoned them and confirmed it was a mistake, they deducted the money from my card anyway.
