Could’ve been handled better
I placed an order that included shampoo, using a discount code. I was only informed on the delivery date that the shampoo was out of stock. I had to quickly choose a replacement and pay the difference, but unfortunately, the discount from my original order wasn’t applied to the new item.
The communication was late and the extra cost felt unfair. I hope the store improves how they handle out-of-stock items.

I didn’t get the message from the…courier
I didn’t get the message from the courier about the time, however, the delivery time was written on the site from 17.54 to 19.54. The delivery guy called me at 16.34 telling me he is at my place. As a result, I had to rush home, but he couldn’t wait. Finally, I called him from home & at first he wanted me to go outside to take the parcel. I disagreed. It seems to me very unprofessional
