First of all the infinity knot bracelets are beautiful. My nan passed away and I wanted something for the woman of the family all to have the same inc my nan. So we all have matching. One bracelet chain did break. I messaged kloudy regarding this and there response was quick and replaced it for free. Thank you for this and the beautiful bracelets to keep our bond with our nan together.
