I love the jewellery! The bracelets look so cute and feel of decent quality. The whole process was pretty smooth, my only complaint is that there were some issues with shipping that then led to a delay, but overall my experience with Kloudy has been pretty good

Bracelet online friend
Well I just order two bracelets and it was actually meant for my online friend. I ended up shipping the bracelets under his name. I loved how easy it was and fast it went. It’s only disappointing to me I couldn’t send one to me without having to make another order (so spending more) cuz there was a deal buy one get one free. That’s the only thing I walked against. Other then that my online friend seems so happy with his bracelet so i have nothing to complain about. It’s what I do it for. 😊

Great service and good customer service
Great service and quick response to any queries I had. This was my second order as I was so pleased with the quality of the 5 bracelets I had already received.
Unfortunately my second order took a lot longer to arrive. I had an email from them to say there had been a problem with delivery and offered me discount as a good will gesture.
I feel customer service is everything and you get that from this company along with beautiful jewelry.
I would recommend to my friends and family.
